Max ERP makes managing HR and business operations effortless. I love how user-friendly and well-integrated the system is — from payroll and attendance to performance tracking, everything works seamlessly. The real-time insights and detailed reports save time and help with smarter decision-making. It’s a reliable, efficient tool that truly streamlines daily workflows.

**What do you dislike about Max HR?**

At first, I found the system’s wide range of features a bit overwhelming, since there’s so much it can do. However, after exploring it more, I realized that’s actually one of its biggest strengths — it’s incredibly comprehensive and powerful once you get familiar with it. The learning curve is worth it for the control and efficiency it provides.

**What problems is Max HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Max ERP solves the challenge of managing multiple HR and business processes across different tools. It brings everything — payroll, attendance, performance, and employee data — into one unified platform. This saves time, reduces errors, and improves overall efficiency. For me, it’s made HR management smoother, faster, and more transparent, allowing me to focus more on people and strategy rather than manual tasks.

**What do you like best about Max HR?**

What I like best about Max is its all-in-one platform with an HR and payroll solution that streamlines everyday tasks. The platform is user-friendly, with a clean interface and great mobile access. Automated payroll and attendance saves a lot of time. Their customer support is responsive and helpful during setup and beyond.

**What do you dislike about Max HR?**

What I dislike about MaxHR is that it can feel overwhelming at first due to the wide range of features. Some modules take time to fully configure and understand. Occasional updates can change workflows slightly, requiring quick adaptation. However, this also shows they’re actively improving the platform.

**What problems is Max HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MaxHR is solving problems like manual payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management. It automates these tasks, reducing errors and saving significant time. The centralized platform improves visibility and control over HR operations. As a result, our team is more efficient and focused on strategic work instead of admin tasks.

Max is an easy-to-use HR software that simplified everything from leave requests to payroll runs. The self-service HR portal empowers our team to handle their own updates and requests, which has improved engagement.

Nothing so far; occasional updates require a quick refresh.

What I love about Max ERP is It just works. Payroll is smooth, WPS-compliant, and fully automated. The self-service portal saves me hours every week. It’s built for UAE teams—and it shows.

Nothing is disliking about this max erp software.

**What problems is Max HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Max ERP is solving some of the biggest HR headaches—manual payroll processing, compliance tracking, and repetitive admin tasks.

With its automation, I no longer worry about errors in salary calculations or staying WPS-compliant. The built-in UAE labor law features save time and reduce risk. Plus, the employee self-service portal has cut down 80% of routine HR requests, giving me more time to focus on strategy instead of paperwork.

**What do you like best about Max HR?**

Max HR is a standout HRMS solution that truly lives up to its promise of being completely intuitive, amazingly simple, and user-friendly. Navigating through its features feels effortless, making it accessible for users of all technical levels. From seamless employee management to efficient payroll processing. The interface is clean and well-organized, allowing users to find what they need quickly without any hassle, specially with their "Ask Max" search bar. Their team was quick to implement it and provided great support and training after to ensure everything is running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Max HR?**

The fact that they can only manage HRMS at the moment, I would love for them to branch out to accounting and CRMs so I can shift completely to their eco-system.

**What problems is Max HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Max HR helps me easily apply for leaves and get my time tracked. It provides automated payslips at the end of the month so I dont have to request HR and wait for it.

**What do you like best about Max HR?**

As a founder at Valeem that initially lacked awareness of the benefits of utilizing an HRIS, I found it an excellent way to introduce a business solution without long-term commitments and at a favorable price point vs the number of features it provides. The pricing model is based on a per-employee basis, which is advantageous because it allows for a trial run with a single location or division before a company-wide rollout. The implementation process was straightforward and easy, and the customer support has been outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Max HR?**

I cannot think of anything missing or disliked as an HRMS system for my business at the moment. Maybe I will find something when we grow more.

It helps me keep track of staff attendance, leave applications and manage their documents.

I find Max HR user-friendly, making navigation easy for all my staff with it's intuitive interface. The implementation process was straightforward and minimally disruptive, with clear setup instructions & training videos. Customer support is responsive and accessible via live chat, email, and a comprehensive knowledge base. Additionally, Max HR offers a robust set of features at a competitive price, providing excellent value for businesses of all sizes.

**What do you dislike about Max HR?**

I feel since it's a fairly new software, some of the features are still currently under development and in their roadmap. Can't wait for them to be launched soon!

As a founder, it helps me manage all my HR issues at one place and saves me time to take decisions faster.

Great experience with max because of their truly 24/7 available customer service, they dont leave you hanging after onboarding you and are there to train you and help you out with everything! their UI isn't very complicated to understand either

No bad experiences with Max HR so far. Hope they keep up the good work with regular feature updates and their amazing support.

**What problems is Max HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping me manage my employee data, like documents, payroll, deave requests, shifts. Their employee self-service mobile app is so handy, I dont need a biometric machine to track my employees' attendence. They just scans the QR code using their mobile app, and attendance is recorded. That easy

It made it very easy for me to implement and use for my company. It has all the features I need and their customer support is outstanding, they help you everytime you need any assistance with anything in the system promptly.
