What do you like best about Match Data Pro?

The team at Match Data Pro is unlike any other. The people behind the company and services truly care about you as a customer. They are passionate about data and helping businesses get the most out of their cleansing, profiling, and fuzzy matching data services. My experience as a customer has been great and because I was brand new to data matching, it took extra care from MDP's team to help with my learning curve. Always professional, polite, and helpful. I compared several other data matching services and I am thankful that I chose MDP. The features are beginner-friendly to advanced level with several plan options that are a great value. Our business needs are unique and I know I can get the data results we need every time. Thank you for being an excellent company and for providing high value to our business. What do you dislike about Match Data Pro?

What problems is Match Data Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have hundreds of smaller and medium-sized lists that all need to be cleansed, prepared, deduplicated, and validated before we import the data over the coming months into our new ERP. Ongoing, we need to ensure the lists we receive do not duplicate the data in our ERP. Match Data Pro has allowed us to create consistency and prevent redundancies while saving me dozens of hours working on these projects manually. What do you like best about Match Data Pro?

It has all the required tools for your data. Profiling, Cleansing, Fuzzy Logic and Mapping. My favourite is the speed in which the tool allows you to be up and running within under 1 minute and profiling data.

Most other apps have a large set up overhead and a huge learning curve.

The other thing is the pricing is very easy and clear.

What do you dislike about Match Data Pro?

What problems is Match Data Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Providing clean data very fast. this takes typical use of spreadsheets and causing delays as teh data is line by line but with MDP you get to see the full data set. Every field is captured and a status provided. It's also easy to see the errors within a quick link file view showing you the actual data.

Even though it's using the cloud for temp storage of your data, its very secure. I work with very heavy PII data and it had to meet very strict criteria for us to be using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Match Data Pro?

The step by step process by which a user is guided through the matching process. The process follows a logical pattern so that at the end the work product is correct. Matching is complex with many permutations, Match Data Pro has been able to accommodate the complexity of my data sets. "Data Matching and Cleaning"

What do you like best about Match Data Pro?

Match Data Pro delivered the ability to match and clean very similar data, accurately and at scale.

I was uncertain when I initiated my search for a matching and cleaning data as I have no technical experience, nor was I proficient in being able to articulate what I was trying to achieve.

However, the platform empowered my learning. I was able to learn and understand additional opportunities to clean, maintain and improve my data, in ways that I had not previously considered.

The short learning cycle empowered me to experiment with the technology to see what other benefits I could ascertain.

Ultimately, by using Match Data Pro, I was able to achieve my goals of matching and cleaning data. In addition, I found many additional means to improve my systems saving time, energy and money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Match Data Pro?

As a non technical person, new technology is daunting.

However, the customer service support provided by Match Data Pro enabled me to quickly get operational. From which I was able to ramp up my experience and understanding via continuous and regular communication as I learnt to understand the capability of the software.

Whilst, I prefer to understand what I am using and doing before committing funds to a service or product, my experience was that the customer support and support resources were able to alleviate my initial concerns and immediately help me to achieve my outcomes; data matching with clean data. Match Data Pro enable me to clean big data that was very similar in nature. Importantly, it provided me with the confidence that the data changes were accurate and would not negatively impact my records, should I make a mistake.
