I find it very helpful in keeping documents and training organized and easy to find as I use this on a daily basis it is nice to have things easily accessible. The ease of use in creating new trainings for our workplace is super helpful and it allows us to quickly get out trainings to our teams. I also like the ability to collaborate on documents within Master Control allowing our team to easily update our processes. During my time at MasterControl, I was able to help ensure configuration of the Mx platform (including integrations with client's existing QMS services) to ensure that MC addressed all their pain points and maintained the highest level of regulatory standards. By integrating Mx with Qx modules allowed for full control by the Quality Assurance team, to guarantee that only trained individuals (by coupling to the Docs/Training module), could perform specific tasks in the manufacturing process.
