**What do you like best about Mapp Trap?**

Apart from price monitoring, I love their recently introduced "Intellitips" for brand protection and a 3-year-old "Merchant traps" feature. As a brand it keeps me updated whenever any online merchant that has listed my product goes through a change (such as a change of store name or phone number). Mapp Trap also easily identifies unknown or ghost (unauthorized) merchants as well.

**What do you dislike about Mapp Trap?**

Works flawlessly without fail. Gives real-time reports and there is nothing to dislike with Mapp Trap.

**What problems is Mapp Trap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Best assistant I can have and allows me to take necessary actions as and when required through its real-time monitoring. No more fear of intellectual property infringement as well.
