I particularly love how two live websites are integrated into the platform.The fact that MapmyUser offers users real-time information about the website is what I appreciate most about it. It can monitor active online users and their activity. On the sophisticated statistics page, users can also keep tabs on the number of active visitors to the website. **What do you dislike about MapMyUser?** Users' data loads far too slowly, and there are several technical issues with their pages. To make their website better, they should conduct an SEO assessment. I really want the content to load quickly. Furthermore, it doesn't support android/ios applications, and I've experienced problems exporting files into a CSV file. With he software, it is very easy to get information on the traffic on your website **What do you dislike about MapMyUser?** One small, minor detail that I am not the biggest fan of is the fact that personal information of the users are shared, like browser information, country and city. **What problems is MapMyUser solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is useful to track traffic, geolocation of the users in real-time while they visit the website. Which was simply awesome. Here are few things I live about MapMyUser. 1. MapMyUser is easy to use and integrate into live websites running on any platform. 2. Provides Joomla and WordPress plugins for easy integration. 3. Free to use the widget and provides advanced analytics like current online users, activity, active users on a map, etc. 4. No registration process, and just copy-paste the javascript code into your website to get started. 5. Multiple widget options are available. Few widget customizations are also supported. 6. Provides information like browser, OS, IP address, visitor source as well. 7. The advanced statics page provides a good overview of the activity on your website and gives good insight using maps, pie charts, and graphs. 8. Realtime visitor details works well and I like it very much. **What do you dislike about MapMyUser?** Although MapMyUser is a pretty sweet and straightforward analytics tool, there are some scopes of improvements. 1. Design needs a much-needed overhaul. 2. The Map widget doesn't work as intended all the time. 3. Advanced analytics page also needs a redesign. The UI looks quite old and dull in 2021. 4. Not able to find any export data option on the advanced analytics page. I have to capture data manually sometimes to share the data with others in my team. 5. Not able to customize any reports as per my need. 6. It doesn't support android and ios apps. **Recommendations to others considering MapMyUser:** I would say look for better alternatives before using MapMyUser. This tool is not sufficient to capture analytics that needs for the website in 2021. **What problems is MapMyUser solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our website needed a simple and easy-to-integrate widget to show live user counter widgets on the website, for which we decided to give MapMyUser a try. Additionally, it helped us to gather more analytics for our website. It doesn't take much time to get started, and we were ready with the implementations within minutes. ### 10. I have to upload my leads into the home map. If you are working on Numbers, you might experience problems when you export your file to a CSV file sometimes it works beautifully, and sometimes someone from the company has to help out. **Recommendations to others considering MapMyUser:** Use the trial version to make sure that this program will work for you. The customer service is fantastic!
