**What do you like best about Mandaala?**

Mandala app is extremely user-friendly, smooth, and well designed. Additionally, the staff members are highly supportive, cooperative and professional.

**What do you dislike about Mandaala?**

There is no direct contact number available for the support staff. We are asked to provide desired extension number, and communication is only possible after connecting through that extension. However, the waiting period is excessively long which affects timely issue resolution. In many cases, the calls also remain unanswered despite repeated attempts.

**What problems is Mandaala solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mandaala operates through an online platform where the required details can be entered directly enabling us to preview the artwork before finalization. This feature is highly beneficial, as it allows us to identify and rectify any errors or modifications at an early stage, ensuring greater accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, the online process appears to be more convenient and user-friendly compared to conventional manual method. The streamlined workflow and timely delivery mechanism would certainly help in improving operational efficiency and reducing turnaround time.

**What do you like best about Mandaala?**

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience on MANDALA! The website is user-friendly, and the selection of products is vast and varied. I was able to find everything I needed, from pens and pencils to notebooks and gifting option.

The quality of the products is top-notch, and the prices are very competitive. I was also impressed with the fast and efficient shipping. My order arrived within timeframe, and the packaging was secure and protective.

The customer service team is also very responsive and helpful. They answered all my questions and resolved a minor issue I had with my order quickly and professionally.

I highly recommend "MANDALA" to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy online stationery and gifting store. I will definitely be back for future needs!"

Easy to access and use the portal , we can place order easily.
quick and kind  response from customer service team after raising ticket.

**What do you dislike about Mandaala?**

delivery services , facing the issues in order delivery since September  2023 . after raising the ticket it always take too much time( approx. 1 month) to resolve the issues . dissatisfied with delivery services . i hope will not face in future. 
A feature should be there to edit delivery address as per need.

problem solved but took too much time .
