Additionally, the staff members are highly supportive, cooperative and professional. **What do you dislike about Mandaala?** There is no direct contact number available for the support staff. We are asked to provide desired extension number, and communication is only possible after connecting through that extension. However, the waiting period is excessively long which affects timely issue resolution. In many cases, the calls also remain unanswered despite repeated attempts. **What problems is Mandaala solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mandaala operates through an online platform where the required details can be entered directly enabling us to preview the artwork before finalization. This feature is highly beneficial, as it allows us to identify and rectify any errors or modifications at an early stage, ensuring greater accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, the online process appears to be more convenient and user-friendly compared to conventional manual method.
