ManageEngine Zoho Assist is a great tool for providing remote assistance over internet. It has the capability to share the screen and thus helps the engineers to resolve the issues remotely. We have been using it for solving our day to day issues with regards to the software and utilities installed at our branch offices on a Pan India basis. It is easy to use.
