"Robust Features, Needs Smoother User Management"
4/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I like that with ManageEngine Endpoint Central, everything is in one place, especially the application, which is very good. The OS deployment feature is also very good, allowing me to upload the OS directly from one of the computers without using third-party software. Additionally, it offers easy deployment and installation of apps. I also appreciate the application control feature that allows us to manage apps specifically installed and required for our company. Most of the features are unique and contribute to an efficient management experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I find the user-based deployments, especially from Active Directory, not as smooth as you would think. The user label management could really use some improvement. Also, during the initial setup, the MDM profiles were not getting assigned properly, which was a challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect for Device Management Without Active Directory"
5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I find ManageEngine Endpoint Central's cloud version to have a simple UI and setup, which was easy to get going within a day. It's really helpful for managing our diverse group of companies, allowing us to create different remote offices and manage each with specific policies. I appreciate how we can easily segregate different teams and how adding devices to the console is very efficient. I particularly like how simple it is to approve or decline an incoming device with just one click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

In some cases, when we need to apply policy to a particular remote office, we don't have the option to select the remote office entirely. Instead, we need to create a custom group to apply the policy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mature, Flexible IT Support Platform with Seamless integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

The solution has matured over the years and now offers a rich set of options to tailor the user experience to your needs. It’s purpose-built for IT support, and it integrates with many solutions such as Jira service management, without causing any performance issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

They like to trial new, cool features on the platform, and when they see that many clients are using them, they convert them into a paid version. The product has many smaller paid standalone modules that I think should have been consolidated under a single fee, instead of breaking everything down into separate add-ons. "Effortless Patching, Some Room for Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I like the Automate Patch Deployment feature of ManageEngine Endpoint Central because it really takes a lot of pressure off me. Instead of constantly chasing users for updates and worrying about missed patches, everything can be scheduled and handled automatically in the background. It simplifies a normally tedious task, saving time, reducing mistakes, and giving me peace of mind that devices are always up to date and protected. The feature is very useful and friendly, especially with its schedule options and different deployment options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Endpoint Management with Complex UI"
4/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I like the Patch management feature in ManageEngine Endpoint Central. The ability to test patches before production deployment is really helpful. It makes endpoint management efficient along with the remote troubleshooting and detailed reporting. These features help by reducing patching risks, automating routine tasks, improving visibility, and speeding up remote support, making endpoint management more reliable and efficient. The initial setup was straightforward, thanks to the clear documentation and agent deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

The user interface has a learning curve and can feel complex for new administrators. Important actions are spread across multiple menus, making navigation less intuitive for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Surprisingly Versatile Endpoint Management That Just Works"
5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

It is surprisingly very versatile. Being new to the platform, I was worried about ease of use for my team. Since implementing, I've barely had any questions or concerns! Device management is extremely simple. Once devices are managed by Endpoint Management; updates/patch management, deployments, remote access, silent management...all work flawlessly! My next steps are working with the package management and creating images/app packages to deploy. I have no doubt in my mind it will be just as easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

So far I do not have any complaints! Having been in MSP worlds for years and using every other tool out there, I can't seem to find an issue with this one! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
