What do you like best about Managed Integration Services - iPaaS?

The customer support has been exceptional. I greatly appreciate the flexibility and the solution-oriented discussions I have with Zach and his team as we collaborate to shape the vision for information flow within the integration. Our integration runs daily, managing all demographic, benefits, and compensation data to ensure our HR information stays closely in sync with our payroll records. What do you dislike about Managed Integration Services - iPaaS?

Due to the importance of the integration and the complexity involved in the setup, any updates or changes need to be handled externally and are not within the responsibilities of the internal system teams. What problems is Managed Integration Services - iPaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?

The integration addresses the challenge of manual and duplicate data entry when your ecosystem does not channel all information through a single system. In our organization, we rely on Workday for HR data and UKG for U.S. payroll. Without this integration, every new hire, termination, and update to demographic, benefits, or compensation information would have to be entered twice. This not only increases the risk of data integrity issues, synchronization problems, and payroll processing errors, but also diverts valuable team time away from other important tasks. What problems is Managed Integration Services - iPaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently we use several integrations that move data seamlessly from my HRIS Workday into my UKG Pro and WFM systems that are use for Payroll & Labor. We are a large client with over 18,000 employees with a lot of complexity both in capacity of changes and volume of change. Our integrations occur multiple times a day without fail. This for Avis is critical as we can hire 100 employees in a day during peak season. Our integrations allow all of our critical HR and Payroll systems to stay in sync which is so important for data integrity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
