**What do you like best about MAN-IT?**

MAN-IT operates on multiple devices such as Mac, Windows, Apple, or Android mobile platforms and laptops.
The support system includes online, phone support, and 24/7 assistance.
I recommend the software, is very easy to use, and the training is interactive with the tutorials and videos.
Another thing that I like is the data security with all the protocols, access controls, and encryptions.

**What do you dislike about MAN-IT?**

I would like to see an actualization that includes more options for customizing my reports and more integration challenges with other software that helps me in my work.

**What problems is MAN-IT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

is helping me reduce the time that I spend at work doing my daily reports, helps me schedule faster and easily, increasing my productivity. Accurate real-time data provided by MAN-IT helps increase operational visibility and control.

**What do you like best about MAN-IT?**

It was very dependable, although getting data out of it was not very friendly.

It was able to host A BUNCH of serialized values with process parameters in an automotive environment.

**What do you dislike about MAN-IT?**

Not very user friendly.  Getting data out of MAN-IT took members of IT to extract flat flies so my quality team had a chance to work with the data.  Massive excel files.

**What problems is MAN-IT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we used it to log serial numbers for every finished good we produced and maintain traceability data for the used lots.   In specific models we also stored process values (torque, angle, pressure, temperature, etc) alongside the serial number so we could show our customers what process values were recorded for a given unit sold.

**What do you like best about MAN-IT?**

That it integrates with your ERP, MRP, and EDI systems, allowing for real-time accurate data flow throughout our corporation.

**What do you dislike about MAN-IT?**

I wish I could use it on my MAC computer.

**What problems is MAN-IT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us with data flow throughout our corporation.
