Have experience in many OEM (Caterpillar, Cummins, Paccar-Peterbilt & Kenworth, International-Navistar, Ford, Honda) and others (Assetworks-Fleet Focus, Peregrine-Fleet Anywhere, EMS, RTA), and now Maintain X. I like that is both user friendly from the admin side as well as the worker side. It has allowed us to streamline our back of house resulting in less worker down time between tasks and a higher organization in our assests, parts, procedures, and work orders. Overtime they've become increasingly focused on capturing enterprise customers. It feels as though over time software capabilities that were previously available to lower paying tiers have been repackaged as different features then moved to the enterprise version of the service. There are limited directions on how to use the QR code system. This can make some companies opt out of the idea completely or have trouble integrating them. If there was a page that included some examples on how to integrate them, with example labeling systems (e.g. specs on labels, labelmakers) that would be helpful for the community. My biggest frustrations are around recording consistency and mobile functionality. I rely heavily on accurate data to manage KPIs and asset health, and right now the recording side could be stronger. Also, the mobile app doesn’t always show the same information as the desktop version, which limits how effective I can be when I’m out with the team instead of at my desk.
