Mailtrap's email sandbox feature solved a problem we have had for years - how to trap and review emails being generated by our DEV and UAT environments and preventing them filling our inboxes. It also allowed our team the convenience of reviewing the emails in a single place. Now we can't do without it! A useful feature could be "template bases" in which you could design the email template header and footer (and any other globaly occurring elements) and then use this as the base for all emails. Saves you changing the header on every email everything.
