That’s why we developed our encrypted email solution. But in our opinion, just offering secure and private email is not sufficient. Otherwise our users would need to use insecure solutions to manage their appointments, create and store their files or chat online. That is why Mailfence is much more than secure email. Mailfence allows you to organize your life through powerful productivity tools such as Mailfence Calendar, Mailfence Documents, Mailfence Contacts, Mailfence Groups, Mailfence Chat and Mailfence Polls. ## Mailfence Reviews ### 1. They offer a great free plan that includes 500 MB of email and document storage. The document storage module is a great tool and can be shared with contact groups. **What do you dislike about Mailfence?** I have not experienced any major dislikes with Mailfence. It has met all of my needs and the purposes that I am needing to use it for. **Recommendations to others considering Mailfence:** I highly recommend Mailfence. It is safe, easy to use and navigate, reasonably priced, and reliable. The customer service is also superior. Mailfence has been extremely beneficial to me and I highly recommend it. **What problems is Mailfence solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems that I am solving with Mailfence are time saver, convenience, and reliability. The benefits are ease of use, effectiveness, and efficiency. The customer service/support is also excellent. ### 3. Digital signature to secure main system. **What do you dislike about Mailfence?** Everything works perfectly, fast, stable and safe. **What problems is Mailfence solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have my privacy intact with data on the Belgian server and security, immediate response, and intact identity. ### 4. Their suite of tools will surprise you and it is everything you need. I'm able to send encrypted messages to everyone, not just those using PGP. I like the idea that you can transfer your old inbox to Mailfence very easily. **What do you dislike about Mailfence?** Free plan has only 500 MB of storage, which is fair anyway compared to other alternatives. However, I still had to upgrade to the entry level to receive 5GB. **What problems is Mailfence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not worrying anymore about the privacy. I feel save when using Mailfence email. ### 5.
