Best of all, or most amazing, is the scalability of the product. I was able to enter 10 of my guests as well as test with up to 2000 guests using all of the features mentioned. The filtering and the overall data management I would mention as the best points here. From the perspective of software fluidity, there is also nothing to complain about from my side. What do you dislike about Mail Pilot?

Since I already have experience with information visualization and appreciate e.g. Power BI or Tableau functions, I would find it great on the part of the product solution if the users had more choice in the graphics generated. What problems is Mail Pilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Of course, we also had a problem, which is why we rely on this solution. Our guests were always reachable thanks to the deposited mail. Now you could simply send mass emails to all our guests via a host, but that wouldn't be very nice. Thanks to Mail Pilot, we have managed to separate our guests, for example, we only provide our international guests with specific information, and at the same time provide our national guests with other facts and offers, in order to draw their attention to the hotel. What do you like best about Mail Pilot?
