It would be beneficial if the option to append a brief directly to the task as an attachment were available, as opposed to it being included as a comment. This adjustment would prevent potential oversight, especially during extended back-and-forth exchanges. While acknowledging that the issue might stem from user error, I believe additional training could mitigate any challenges.

Furthermore, introducing the capability to allocate time to a specific individual associated with the task could prove advantageous. This enhancement would streamline the communication process by providing clear insights into how estimated time should be allocated.
