What do you like best about Magnetic?

I have been using magnetic for my business for over 8 years and I am thoroughly impressed with the innovation and advancements in the software. It's extremely UX focused and makes running my agency a much simpler task knowing my accounts and billing is in order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Magnetic?

Packed with features, it can be a bit overwhelming at furst, but with the training provided by customer support, you are soon onoarded and able to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Magnetic?

I really like how Magnetic allows you to both create tasks and then schedule them in to the owner in once place. This means that the user doesn't have to open 3 apps to understand what they need to do.

I also like how Magnetic breaks down the 'how much billable to client' versus 'billable to company' time. It is something I have not thought of before. It is really eye-opening how much time is spent on things that can't help push the projects forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Magnetic?

Magnetic is not user friendly unless the user has had training on how to use it. However, once you have had the training (that Magnetic strongly suggests), it is a breeze to use and rather fun. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
