Our ability to track our work from opportunity to finalisation has been a game-changer for us. Our data maturity on our projects are now a million time smarter, allowing us to make data driven decisions to improve our business. Love the software so much! **What do you dislike about Magnetic?** Don't have much negatives to say. They are constantly improving and adding new features. Their customer support is great and the software integrations work well. **What problems is Magnetic solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a system that can track our opoprtunities and automate our business development reminders and follow ups. It does this great. We then needed a system to easily follow these opportunities and have all financial information about them stored and viewed collectively to analyse our pipeline. It does this great! We then needed a task management system to help our team interpret briefs, execute tasks and stay on budget in projects. It does this brilliantly. We then needed a time tracking system that links to projects to analyse our profitability and time spent on tasks. Furthermore, introducing the capability to allocate time to a specific individual associated with the task could prove advantageous. They should just go away once complete. **Recommendations to others considering Magnetic:** There support team is great! They have a lot of teambuilding recruiting features that we don't' use, but I could see them being really beneficial for an HR manager. **What problems is Magnetic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking hours spent on projects to make sure we are accurately billing clients for the correct amount of time.
