**What do you like best about MagicCRM?**

It covers all major CRM areas. Right from Marketing to Pre-sales, and document management, everything is covered. With this tool, I gained complete control of clients and opportunities. This tool is designed to help agencies and SMEs. I believe, we can't find a better tool than MagicCRM. It is also very easy to integrate it with many software. The best thing about MagicCRM is, complete marketing automation integration can be done in one place. Even though it has many features, the price is inexpensive, which is really great. It is the best tool for enterprises, startups, SMEs, agencies, and from a small business to a large-scale firm, it is good for every business. Great support is offered by the customer care team through Email. Its deployment is cloud-based. Works well on Windows.

**What do you dislike about MagicCRM?**

I do not see anything as of now. It is the best CRM and that is what I can say as of now. Marketing automation integration is the best.

**Recommendations to others considering MagicCRM:**

If you are struggling with marketing automation, document storage, internal chat integration, lead generation, social media integration, lead qualification, email marketing, and many such, try MagicCRM. It worked for us and will definitely work for businesses of all kinds.

It solved a majority of the problems.

5. Project management
