The dimensions of data analysis are comprehensive on bidalgo. 2. The label function of the advertising creative is very helpful for us to manage it 3. Bidalgo can save a panel of viewing data that individuals are used to using and with its graph features, we can get the insights of the performance of the ads easier. 4. Our AM is very helpful and she is often quick to respond and offer solutions when we have a problem. Support team works really well. Lior, our account manager, is very helpful. **What do you dislike about Luna from Unity?** It is very hard to pick metrics on columns. Also, it is very hard to create custom columns. At the start there were significant discrepancies between data sources and Bidalgo. We still came across some and integration process would be a lot more smoother. There are small issues like bid, budget data is not synced on daily breakdown for Google Ads. **What problems is Luna from Unity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reporting and daily optimizations.
