The safety and security it provides when workinh on global links for services

Sometimes connectivity issues occur which makes it slow

It helps me connect with the VPN so that my access are secure when working on application and services on the global network

**What do you like best about Lumen IP VPN?**

We have hundreds of Lumen circuts all over the globe and the service offered by Lumen is much reliable as compared. They provide centralized service portal i like the most. It provide class of service. Internet, Voice both are supported on single port.

**What do you dislike about Lumen IP VPN?**

They need to improve their respose time.

**What problems is Lumen IP VPN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is fast and reliable. No need to segregate the port for voice & data. Self service portal is a value added.
