**What do you like best about LPT:One?**

Makes assigning computers easy and cuts off computers before we close, which is useful.

**What do you dislike about LPT:One?**

Going through a third party tech support in case anything goes wrong.

**What problems is LPT:One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assigning computers, extending time, etc is all very easy.

**What do you like best about LPT:One?**

Software functions as advertised once installed.

**What do you dislike about LPT:One?**

Installs, migrations, changes are difficult. Annual maintenance does not cover any changes or hardware replacements. Long wait time for customer service. If you don't want to pay additional charges they provide insufficient instructions to perform these tasks on your own.

**Recommendations to others considering LPT:One:**

Poor customer service, expect to pay for hardware changes/upgrades

Charges library patrons for printing and performs time keeping control for patron computers.

**What do you like best about LPT:One?**

This is a very easy to use product and is very simple to train staff on.  Cost is also very good for what we receive.  

**What do you dislike about LPT:One?**

Lack of notification of updates from company.  We have had a few times that we didn't know there was an update and had issues with the software.  Customer service is great to work with and are working on a remedy for this issue.

**Recommendations to others considering LPT:One:**

Cost effective - easy use - reporting options 

**What problems is LPT:One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now able to reserve PC's for patrons, limit/manage printing options, access to reporting that was needed.
