Louisa AI Reviews & Product Details

Louisa AI is a relationship intelligence layer for enterprise financial services and professional services firms. It is not a CRM — it is the intelligence infrastructure that makes every CRM, CDP, and AI stack an organisation already has dramatically more useful. Built by former Goldman Sachs Managing Director Rohan Doctor, Louisa was developed inside Goldman Sachs over four years before spinning out as an independent company in 2023. The origin: a $6 billion transaction closed through a single watercooler conversation in London, and a mandate from senior leadership to systematise how that kind of serendipity happens at scale across thousands of people. Louisa operates across three layers: Resolution and Enrichment — Louisa ingests people-level data from any source (CRM, email, calendar, LinkedIn, public indexes) and performs entity resolution at scale. It collapses duplicate records, corrects stale data, and enriches every contact with full career history, education, board memberships, and real-time news monitoring. Relationship Mapping — On top of clean identity data, Louisa builds a firmwide relationship graph that scores the strength of every connection across an entire organisation. The output answers a specific question: "Who in this firm has the warmest path to this target person, and on what basis?" Proactive Signalling — Louisa monitors the entire relationship network for moments that matter — job changes, M&A activity, board appointments, promotions, funding rounds — and delivers person-level alerts with relationship context already attached. The signal is not "HSBC is in the news." The signal is "Sarah Chen, who you overlapped with at Oxford in 2015, was just appointed Head of Asia at HSBC — and three of your colleagues know her." Clients include legacy consulting firms (100,000+ users including the alumni network), major banks, the largest names in asset management and several Wall Street firms. Every engagement begins as a scoped Proof of Partnership before scaling to a full enterprise deployment. Louisa is not a data provider. It is a data refiner and proactive opportunity finder. Your real relationships do not live in your CRM — they live in the scattered inboxes, calendars, and memories of your people. Louisa maps them and tells you exactly how to leverage them to unlock deal-origination and revenue generation like never before.
