The same can be quickly customised and launched. The data collection is smooth and results get mapped soon after completion with detailed analytics and outputs like heatmaps, navigation paths etc. It interface is intuitive and provides all features required for a UI/UX study. **What do you dislike about Loop11?** Considering we have adhoc projects we would have preferred a Pay as you use plan. Currently with the subscription and small sample size, it is slightly on costly for us. For our use a system where one can buy credits and use them over a longer period on multiple projects works better. **What problems is Loop11 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting us actionable user insights on the interface, navigation, focus areas and performance metrics ### 3. The platform has been not satisfactory. Its difficult to pinpoint any shortcomings. I do wish there were tools available especially for automated testing.
