## Loftware Cloud Reviews
  ### 1. Easy, Fast Implementation with Versatile Integrations for Scalable Labeling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hugo M. | Project Manager / Solution Architect, Industrial Automation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

Easy to use with fast implementation, versatile data integrations, and an intuitive interface that helps users efficiently create, manage, and deploy labeling solutions in a scalable way. License set up is straightforward and can be done within minutes, basic/standard support is available depending on the license. Overall performance of the solution is very good but also depends on the performance of external data sources.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

It can be a bit pricey compared to other solutions. Also, the price is the same across markets with very different values, which can make adoption more difficult in weaker markets.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Web design and web integrations are a key part of my work. For some customers, the requirement to use a Windows PC becomes an obstacle. Developing the Webdesigner solution helps improve customer adoption in those cases. Using well-developed templates and forms also saves a significant amount of time and cost, and reduces errors when designing product labels.

  ### 2. A Robust Cloud Platform for Label Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahdi S. | Senior Manager Information Technology Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

Loftware Cloud provides a centralized and reliable labeling platform. It simplifies label management, integrates well with enterprise systems, and helps ensure consistency and compliance across multiple locations. The cloud architecture reduces maintenance effort, and the platform scales well as business needs grow. Overall, it’s a solid solution for enterprise labeling.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

Loftware Cloud is powerful, but it has a steep learning curve, especially for new users. The user interface can feel dated in some areas, and simple configuration changes sometimes require more effort than expected. Troubleshooting integrations and printer connectivity can also be time consuming. Reporting and analytics could be more flexible, and licensing costs may be a challenge for smaller organizations.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loftware Cloud has helped us centralize and standardize our labeling process across the organization. Moving to a cloud platform eliminated the need to maintain on premises infrastructure while ensuring everyone works with the latest approved label templates. Integration with our business systems has reduced manual data entry, improved traceability, minimized labeling errors, and strengthened our compliance with regulatory requirements. Overall, it has made label management more reliable, scalable, and easier to maintain.

  ### 3. Intuitive UI, Strong Integrations, and Reliable Performance with Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex F. | Technical Consultant - Labeling, RFID and Automation Solutions, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

The best aspects of Loftware Cloud are its intuitive user interface, strong integration capabilities, reliable performance, and effective support.

The UI is extremely easy to use and allows users to work with the software with very little training and without requiring specific technical skills. Integrations through Loftware Automation are highly configurable and, depending on the software level selected, can support many different systems and requirements.

Performance is generally very good, despite some occasional service disruptions affecting the cloud platform, which are usually not directly caused by Loftware. Pricing is broadly aligned with competitors, although the lack of a cloud tier comparable to "LMS Pro" for on-premise versions can make the jump from Cloud Essentials to Cloud Business challenging for some customers.

Finally, support is very effective, usually responds within the same day, and follows issues through until they are resolved.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

There is nothing I strongly dislike about Loftware Cloud. Overall, the experience is positive.

The only points worth mentioning are the pricing gap between Cloud Essentials and Cloud Business, which can make the upgrade difficult for some customers, and the occasional slowness in Loftware Designer when loading layouts saved in Document Storage. This can sometimes be frustrating for more demanding customers, although it often appears to be related to temporary service disruptions rather than a persistent issue.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loftware Cloud helps solve the need to integrate labeling processes with multiple systems and to develop highly customized forms and solutions.

This flexibility makes it possible to cover a wide range of customer requirements, from standard needs to more complex scenarios. As a result, customers often experience a solution that is well aligned with their processes, which frequently leads to very positive feedback.

  ### 4. Powerful Label Automation for High-Volume Warehouse Operations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parth G. | Senior WMS Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

The trigger-based automation in Loftware Cloud has transformed our label printing workflow across multiple distribution centers. Instead of manually printing labels, we set up TCP/IP and HTTP triggers that automatically fire when our WMS (Oracle WMS Cloud) processes an order eliminating manual steps entirely and reducing errors significantly during peak season.. Only problem which I noticed is the time it takes to open a Forms. i Think the performance of the tool can be improved overall. The support is overall nice and quickly answered. The UI/UX interface also seems pretty simple and sorted.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

The most noticeable pain point is application
performance. Loftware Automation Builder and
the label designer take a significant amount
of time to load, especially when opening forms
with multiple triggers configured. In a
fast-paced distribution center environment
where quick changes are sometimes needed during
live operations, this delay can be frustrating
and impacts our ability to respond quickly to
production issues.

Trigger execution can also feel sluggish at
times. When a high volume of print requests
come in simultaneously such as during peak
order processing, there is a noticeable lag
before the trigger fires and the label reaches
the printer. For high-throughput warehouse
operations this can create a bottleneck that
affects overall label printing throughput. The
web-based management console, while functional,
can feel slow when navigating between sections
or loading trigger configurations with large
action trees. Optimizing the startup time of
the Automation Builder and improving trigger
response times under high load would make a
substantial difference for enterprise users
managing large-scale label printing operations
across multiple distribution centers.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loftware Cloud solves the challenge of automating high-volume label printing across multiple distribution centers integrated with an enterprise WMS environment. Before having a robust automation platform, label printing required significant manual intervention which introduced errors and slowed down outbound shipping operations. With Loftware Cloud we have set up automated triggers that fire directly when the WMS processes an order, meaning carrier labels, compliance labels for major retailers, and warehouse shipping labels are printed automatically without any manual steps. This has significantly reduced mislabeling errors and improved throughput especially during peak seasons when order volumes are at their highest. Another key benefit is the ability to manage label templates and printer configurations centrally across multiple facilities, where any updates to label formats or printer assignments can be made from one place and deployed across all distribution centers, saving considerable time compared to managing each location independently. The SQL integration ensures every label is populated with live accurate data pulled directly from our warehouse database, eliminating the risk of outdated or incorrect information being printed. Overall Loftware Cloud has made our label printing operations more reliable, scalable and efficient across the entire distribution network.

  ### 5. Loftware Cloud: Powerful dashboard & automation, but migration hiccups and weak tech support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kurt F. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

The dashboard and the ability to remotely clear print queues is helpful. The automation builder has allowed us to streamline the transition between our older on prem Loftware system to the newer cloud based system.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

The onboarding from the older Loftware system was not as easy as advertised. Our converted labels did not work with Loftware Cloud and needed to be redesigned. For the issues we did have Tech Support was ineffective.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main advantage to Loftware Cloud is the print drivers. Under the older version of Loftware labels were printer specific. With Loftware Cloud the print driver handles the formatting. The only caveat which seems obvious is that you must use True Type fonts for your labels and not printer specific fonts.

  ### 6. Intuitive, fast suite with strong integrations and first-class support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

The Loftware Cloud Suite is very well coordinated with its various programs for design, configuration, and application. The user interfaces are easy to understand and intuitive, yet still offer a wide range of possibilities. Almost all common programs and sources can be used as input, from Excel to HTTP to other data providers like SQL. The programs run quickly, and the cloud integrations work reliably. The support is great: they help with individual programs and questions, and there is also an academy at a fair price. There are no AI-supported functions as of yet.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

Due to the many possibilities for broad and deep integrations, the program can quickly become difficult to understand. You really need to be well-versed in it. There is no way to track complex forms across the various work steps; instead, you have to know exactly where and how to look yourself.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business case is the demand-driven, dynamically filled printing of labels in production. For this, we can use NiceLabel Cloud very well because we can trigger and transmit the print data via HTTP from a third-party program. The approval workflows and GxP certification are also mandatory in a regulated environment and are directly provided here.

  ### 7. Seamless Cloud Printing with Fast Results and Smooth Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** corey F. | IT Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

I’m not a network printing administrator, but I was still able to follow the directions and the online training to get cloud printing up and running. Deployment was seamless, and printing happens almost instantaneously.

Integration with our custom application was also smooth and straightforward.

Given the benefits this has provided, the total cost of ownership has been negligible. We’re now actively evaluating other ways we can use it to address additional challenges.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

At times, I found the instructions hard to follow, though that may have been because I wasn’t yet familiar with the technology.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to automate barcode label printing across multiple sites, and cloud printing was clearly the best way to make that happen.

  ### 8. Loftware Cloud Streamlines Multi-Station Access with Strong Role-Based Controls

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

Loftware Cloud has enabled quick access across multiple working stations in our company. It has become an essential feature for quick access and to streamline changes across different areas. One of the best features of Loftware Cloud is the ability to assign roles to different operators to distinguish between their ability to access certain features.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

The one feature not as favorable is the constant login a user has to perform. Our performance declines if we have to login constantly to access the features, however, there are tons of security features that makes up for the constant logging in that needs to be done on a regular basis.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Loftware Cloud, we were limited to very few computers. Now, we are able to access our label solutions all across the company, even remotely. We have cut our time to access solutions by more than 50% across all of our company.

  ### 9. Easy Migration to Loftware Cloud with Strong Implementation Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

We were on a legacy version of Loftware and migrated to Loftware Cloud to get up to a supported version. The management interface was easy to learn and use especially with past experience. During the onboarding process we were having some struggles with performance with our Oracle database integration, but the implementation team stuck with us throughout the whole process and made sure we had a solution that met our needs with accuracy and speed. We are up and running without issue now.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

We were a little frustrated with what seemed like consistently increasing costs each year, but unfortunately for us we really couldn't save any money by switching to another product especially when taking into consideration that our end users and help desk team are already comfortable with the interfaces.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this for printing labels for our stockroom and it connects to our Oracle database to pull real time information for the labels

  ### 10. Seamless Automation, Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John C. | Apps Admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

I use Loftware Cloud for label printing on demand through our ERP system. I appreciate the ease of use, which is the best part about it. Once you set it up, you can just let it go and do its own thing with no intervention needed. The automation features are valuable because they lead to efficiency gains by allowing human workers to focus on other tasks. The initial setup was very easy since someone from their team walked us through it from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

Sometimes the service will pause or interrupt randomly with no notice to admins which causes stoppages.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Loftware Cloud for label printing on demand through our ERP. It automates tasks, eliminating manual printing errors, and its ease of use lets it run without intervention. This boosts efficiency, so human workers can focus on other tasks.
