## Loftware Cloud Reviews
  ### 1. A Robust Cloud Platform for Label Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahdi S. | Senior Manager Information Technology Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

Loftware Cloud provides a centralized and reliable labeling platform. It simplifies label management, integrates well with enterprise systems, and helps ensure consistency and compliance across multiple locations. The cloud architecture reduces maintenance effort, and the platform scales well as business needs grow. Overall, it’s a solid solution for enterprise labeling.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

Loftware Cloud is powerful, but it has a steep learning curve, especially for new users. The user interface can feel dated in some areas, and simple configuration changes sometimes require more effort than expected. Troubleshooting integrations and printer connectivity can also be time consuming. Reporting and analytics could be more flexible, and licensing costs may be a challenge for smaller organizations.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loftware Cloud has helped us centralize and standardize our labeling process across the organization. Moving to a cloud platform eliminated the need to maintain on premises infrastructure while ensuring everyone works with the latest approved label templates. Integration with our business systems has reduced manual data entry, improved traceability, minimized labeling errors, and strengthened our compliance with regulatory requirements. Overall, it has made label management more reliable, scalable, and easier to maintain.

  ### 2. Intuitive UI, Strong Integrations, and Reliable Performance with Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex F. | Technical Consultant - Labeling, RFID and Automation Solutions, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

The best aspects of Loftware Cloud are its intuitive user interface, strong integration capabilities, reliable performance, and effective support.

The UI is extremely easy to use and allows users to work with the software with very little training and without requiring specific technical skills. Integrations through Loftware Automation are highly configurable and, depending on the software level selected, can support many different systems and requirements.

Performance is generally very good, despite some occasional service disruptions affecting the cloud platform, which are usually not directly caused by Loftware. Pricing is broadly aligned with competitors, although the lack of a cloud tier comparable to "LMS Pro" for on-premise versions can make the jump from Cloud Essentials to Cloud Business challenging for some customers.

Finally, support is very effective, usually responds within the same day, and follows issues through until they are resolved.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

There is nothing I strongly dislike about Loftware Cloud. Overall, the experience is positive.

The only points worth mentioning are the pricing gap between Cloud Essentials and Cloud Business, which can make the upgrade difficult for some customers, and the occasional slowness in Loftware Designer when loading layouts saved in Document Storage. This can sometimes be frustrating for more demanding customers, although it often appears to be related to temporary service disruptions rather than a persistent issue.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loftware Cloud helps solve the need to integrate labeling processes with multiple systems and to develop highly customized forms and solutions.

This flexibility makes it possible to cover a wide range of customer requirements, from standard needs to more complex scenarios. As a result, customers often experience a solution that is well aligned with their processes, which frequently leads to very positive feedback.

  ### 3. Powerful Label Automation for High-Volume Warehouse Operations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parth G. | Senior WMS Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

The trigger-based automation in Loftware Cloud has transformed our label printing workflow across multiple distribution centers. Instead of manually printing labels, we set up TCP/IP and HTTP triggers that automatically fire when our WMS (Oracle WMS Cloud) processes an order eliminating manual steps entirely and reducing errors significantly during peak season.. Only problem which I noticed is the time it takes to open a Forms. i Think the performance of the tool can be improved overall. The support is overall nice and quickly answered. The UI/UX interface also seems pretty simple and sorted.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

The most noticeable pain point is application
performance. Loftware Automation Builder and
the label designer take a significant amount
of time to load, especially when opening forms
with multiple triggers configured. In a
fast-paced distribution center environment
where quick changes are sometimes needed during
live operations, this delay can be frustrating
and impacts our ability to respond quickly to
production issues.

Trigger execution can also feel sluggish at
times. When a high volume of print requests
come in simultaneously such as during peak
order processing, there is a noticeable lag
before the trigger fires and the label reaches
the printer. For high-throughput warehouse
operations this can create a bottleneck that
affects overall label printing throughput. The
web-based management console, while functional,
can feel slow when navigating between sections
or loading trigger configurations with large
action trees. Optimizing the startup time of
the Automation Builder and improving trigger
response times under high load would make a
substantial difference for enterprise users
managing large-scale label printing operations
across multiple distribution centers.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loftware Cloud solves the challenge of automating high-volume label printing across multiple distribution centers integrated with an enterprise WMS environment. Before having a robust automation platform, label printing required significant manual intervention which introduced errors and slowed down outbound shipping operations. With Loftware Cloud we have set up automated triggers that fire directly when the WMS processes an order, meaning carrier labels, compliance labels for major retailers, and warehouse shipping labels are printed automatically without any manual steps. This has significantly reduced mislabeling errors and improved throughput especially during peak seasons when order volumes are at their highest. Another key benefit is the ability to manage label templates and printer configurations centrally across multiple facilities, where any updates to label formats or printer assignments can be made from one place and deployed across all distribution centers, saving considerable time compared to managing each location independently. The SQL integration ensures every label is populated with live accurate data pulled directly from our warehouse database, eliminating the risk of outdated or incorrect information being printed. Overall Loftware Cloud has made our label printing operations more reliable, scalable and efficient across the entire distribution network.

  ### 4. Intuitive, fast suite with strong integrations and first-class support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

The Loftware Cloud Suite is very well coordinated with its various programs for design, configuration, and application. The user interfaces are easy to understand and intuitive, yet still offer a wide range of possibilities. Almost all common programs and sources can be used as input, from Excel to HTTP to other data providers like SQL. The programs run quickly, and the cloud integrations work reliably. The support is great: they help with individual programs and questions, and there is also an academy at a fair price. There are no AI-supported functions as of yet.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

Due to the many possibilities for broad and deep integrations, the program can quickly become difficult to understand. You really need to be well-versed in it. There is no way to track complex forms across the various work steps; instead, you have to know exactly where and how to look yourself.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business case is the demand-driven, dynamically filled printing of labels in production. For this, we can use NiceLabel Cloud very well because we can trigger and transmit the print data via HTTP from a third-party program. The approval workflows and GxP certification are also mandatory in a regulated environment and are directly provided here.

  ### 5. Seamless Cloud Printing with Fast Results and Smooth Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** corey F. | IT Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

I’m not a network printing administrator, but I was still able to follow the directions and the online training to get cloud printing up and running. Deployment was seamless, and printing happens almost instantaneously.

Integration with our custom application was also smooth and straightforward.

Given the benefits this has provided, the total cost of ownership has been negligible. We’re now actively evaluating other ways we can use it to address additional challenges.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

At times, I found the instructions hard to follow, though that may have been because I wasn’t yet familiar with the technology.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to automate barcode label printing across multiple sites, and cloud printing was clearly the best way to make that happen.

  ### 6. Loftware Cloud Streamlines Multi-Station Access with Strong Role-Based Controls

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

Loftware Cloud has enabled quick access across multiple working stations in our company. It has become an essential feature for quick access and to streamline changes across different areas. One of the best features of Loftware Cloud is the ability to assign roles to different operators to distinguish between their ability to access certain features.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

The one feature not as favorable is the constant login a user has to perform. Our performance declines if we have to login constantly to access the features, however, there are tons of security features that makes up for the constant logging in that needs to be done on a regular basis.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Loftware Cloud, we were limited to very few computers. Now, we are able to access our label solutions all across the company, even remotely. We have cut our time to access solutions by more than 50% across all of our company.

  ### 7. Easy Migration to Loftware Cloud with Strong Implementation Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

We were on a legacy version of Loftware and migrated to Loftware Cloud to get up to a supported version. The management interface was easy to learn and use especially with past experience. During the onboarding process we were having some struggles with performance with our Oracle database integration, but the implementation team stuck with us throughout the whole process and made sure we had a solution that met our needs with accuracy and speed. We are up and running without issue now.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

We were a little frustrated with what seemed like consistently increasing costs each year, but unfortunately for us we really couldn't save any money by switching to another product especially when taking into consideration that our end users and help desk team are already comfortable with the interfaces.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this for printing labels for our stockroom and it connects to our Oracle database to pull real time information for the labels

  ### 8. Seamless Automation, Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John C. | Apps Admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

I use Loftware Cloud for label printing on demand through our ERP system. I appreciate the ease of use, which is the best part about it. Once you set it up, you can just let it go and do its own thing with no intervention needed. The automation features are valuable because they lead to efficiency gains by allowing human workers to focus on other tasks. The initial setup was very easy since someone from their team walked us through it from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

Sometimes the service will pause or interrupt randomly with no notice to admins which causes stoppages.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Loftware Cloud for label printing on demand through our ERP. It automates tasks, eliminating manual printing errors, and its ease of use lets it run without intervention. This boosts efficiency, so human workers can focus on other tasks.

  ### 9. Centralized Cloud Printer Management with API-driven Label Construction

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | Sr Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

Review: Centralized printer management in the cloud, with software that integrates so any system can send data via the API provided by automation software to construct labels.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

The login via the dev or prd instance doesn't allow you to be logged in to both at the same time; logging into one side logs you out of the other in the browser, which is annoying to deal with at times.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Printing directly from SAP using master data to generate accurate templated labels eliminated the need for people to create labels manually. Improves accuracy and removed human error and typos.

  ### 10. Powerful Automation with Dynamic, Data-Driven Fields

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

Automation. Field content that can be hidden or displayed based on selected data from a linked database, such as a barcode, label text, or variable.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

In the packaging department, it is advisable to use the installed version. Unfortunately, we very often have to authenticate the user in the cloud for use. Also, after authentication, the already licensed printers are not visible for a long time, which is why users often contact us.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The label designer of the corporate management system is less flexible, so loftware is better suited for printing larger, foreign texts and labels. Also, because of the label design that can be used on the basis of the database, as a disaster scenario in the event of a failure of the corporate management system, we can generate production labels from there.

  ### 11. Easy Move to Loftware Cloud with a Better UI and Smooth Label Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter B. | Senior Information Technology Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

I like the ease of moving to Loftware Cloud from on premises Nicely 5. The user interface is better than Nicely 5. There was only a small change required to our existing labels from nicely 5, the integration was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

I would say that the licensing by printer does cause some minor issues if users select the wrong printer. There are occasional problems with loss of connection due to sign in issues with Microsoft accounts.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Loftware to design and print various labels to aid our manufacturing pocess.

  ### 12. Versatile label creation and 3rd party integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

Loftware Cloud is extremely versatile for creating custom labels with interchangeable sections. It makes it easy to swap out logos or update data from different fields, so adjusting label content is quick and straightforward. Being able to use calculations to customize label output based on different fields and their values was great in creating the custom labels needed by customers who buy the same product.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

Installing printers can be a bit troublesome. Sometimes it goes smoothly and works flawlessly, but other times I end up having to remove the device and start over from the beginning.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to create a variety of custom labels and to integrate with third-party software, which lets us trigger label printing with data pulled directly from our ERP system.

  ### 13. Clean, Intuitive UI with Seamless SAP Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jyoti K. | Sr. Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

The user interface is really clean and intuitive. I didn't need much training to get started, which saved our team a lot of time. The system handles label creation smoothly, and the templates are flexible enough to adapt to our specific requirements. Integration with SAP works seamlessly without constant glitches.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

The learning curve for advanced features could be steeper. When we tried to customize some of the workflow rules, the documentation wasn't as clear as I'd like. Also, the reporting features are basic - we sometimes need more detailed analytics for compliance tracking.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were spending too much time managing labels manually across different product lines. Errors were common, especially with compliance labels. Loftware Cloud reduced our label creation time by about 30-40%, and the compliance tracking features help us stay on top of regulations. The system also makes it easier for our team to collaborate on label updates without creating version conflicts.

  ### 14. Seamless Installation, Great Performance, and Easy ERP Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

The software was installed by the Loftware team and worked right away. It resolved the serious printing issues we were dealing with. The performance has been great, and it has made our production team very happy. The pricing was also very reasonable for what we received in return. The integration with our ERP software and print-server was without any problem. Fine tuning the labels using there UI tools was a piece of cake.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

There is nothing I can think off that we disliked about the software.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our ERP crashed because of syncing issues between our tier servers and the print server. We resolved the problem by handing off the printing portion to Loftware, rather than running it directly through Windows.

  ### 15. Loftware offers cutting edge functions in competitively priced, production friendly, cloud systems.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jane M. | Manager, Regulatory Affairs, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

Loftware has made an excellent product, that has recently acquired several new companies to incorporate cutting edge features like support for GS1 compliant Digital Link QR codes, which are needed for Sunset 2027 medical device compliance.

It manages to provide this in a user accessible cloud ecosystem with a GUI, that tackles the unique challenges of production environments, and managing them.

The control centre allows administrators, designers and engineers to generate change-controlled templates, while rolling out read/print-only permissions to production users. Locally or networked installed print drivers ensure the cloud platform connects to the print production equipment.

I think the key thing that lets you know that Loftware understands production environments is the pricing structure. Annual accounts are paid by expected maximum number of printers, the list automatically generates with use and clears every 7 days. Meanwhile, user counts are unlimited, so even if you bring on temporary staff for large contracts, the annual costs don't change unless you've added more production equipment.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

The styling options for QR codes are limited. It would be great to change the shape of QR code appearance to rounded, circles, or to feature a logo in the centre.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a medical device manufacturer, traceability and control requirements are high, but you want to keep production work straightforward and easy.
Loftware allows all the features needed to do this within change controlled systems that easily scale, and natively keep production records.

  ### 16. Fast, User-Friendly Printing—But Support Lagged During the v25.9 Upgrade

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

Loftware has a simple, user-friendly UI that’s easy to use and pleasant to work with. The integrations work well and include most of the features you’d typically want. Loftware is fast and sends print jobs efficiently. I don’t know much about the pricing since I’m not responsible for that. The Loftware support team responds quickly to certain issues, although they sometimes fall behind on others. I also haven’t experienced any AI intelligence within Loftware.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

Loftware Support can be difficult to work with at times. When we upgraded to Loftware v25.9, we ran into a lot of complications that needed to be addressed, but my company wasn’t receiving support in a timely manner.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not used Loftware Cloud Solving.

  ### 17. Scalable Cloud-Based Labeling with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

The customer support is good as well easy to use once you get the hang of it.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

The one thing that I feel should be better is when you need multiple number of the same labels you have to click the more button and then put the number of labels

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to create labels for customer needs.

  ### 24. Simple and Effective for Printing, But Limiting License

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

  ### 26. Easy, Fast Implementation with Versatile Integrations for Scalable Labeling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hugo M. | Project Manager / Solution Architect, Industrial Automation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

Easy to use with fast implementation, versatile data integrations, and an intuitive interface that helps users efficiently create, manage, and deploy labeling solutions in a scalable way.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

It can be a bit pricey compared to other solutions. Also, the price is the same across markets with very different values, which can make adoption more difficult in weaker markets.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Web design and web integrations are a key part of my work. For some customers, the requirement to use a Windows PC becomes an obstacle. Developing the Webdesigner solution helps improve customer adoption in those cases. Using well-developed templates and forms also saves a significant amount of time and cost, and reduces errors when designing product labels.

  ### 27. Easy-to-Use Web Interface with Seamless Google & Azure SSO

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

  ### 28. Intuitive Cloud Label Printing with Superb Features, APIs, and Fast Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris B. | RFID Program Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

Firstly, the Cloud aspect is obvious yet critical. Maintaining on-premise apps has become untenable. Also, on the Cloud aligns extremely well with my industry.

Easy to use, intuitive. Easy to set up and implement.

I am more on the testing side of such an application, so I do not "hammer" on it as an end-user would, but I do use it frequently for small jobs. Logging on, off, navigating - all is easy for a frequent user.

Number of features for variable data label management and printing is superb.

Its extensive APIs and integration tools are required for "professional barcode label printing," and Loftware Cloud does not disappoint here.

My interactions with customer support have been limited, mostly because I have spent almost 30 years in the industry, but when I have had questions, Loftware has answered quickly and precisely.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

The product should have better support for Printronix Auto ID label printers. As I understand, this is being developed now.

I work with Loftware on improving their interface and functionalities for RAIN RFID. We are making progress together, but there is work to be done. As RAIN RFID is my primary focus, I would like more feature, faster. But again, this is coming.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a basic user in the sense that I just want to print + encode a few RFID labels at a time. Loftware solves this job for me.

  ### 29. LoftWare Nicelabel Cloud: Customizable, Easy to Use, and Powerful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Restaurants | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

customability, ease of use but also, the possibility to go deep and to special things

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

THE LICENCING!!! that is my main problem. When I checked for a labelling software, my reseller recommended LoftWare Nicelabel Cloud. The installation process is a little awkward but ok. My main problem is the very annoying random login that we must do sometimes and that we have to enter "Designer" in the box, login to google account or Microsoft, and then the software says "your are now logged in you can use..." and then nothing! We do it another time and now it works...Very annoying mainly for me because it is crucial that it works all the time because the people who use it, are not IT at all! Si they call me 5:30 in the morning or 6pm, so very awkward and frustrating, so I asked if I could transfer from Cloud to Local licensing, but still no answer yet

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Read my previous comment because, the software is good, but not the licensing scheme.

  ### 30. Smooth on-prem-like transition, but label differences make validation labor-intensive

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

We like that it also seems to allow the same functionality as on prem. We were using automations to allow for file drop to work with our own backlog software. This eases the transition, allowing us to keep using the same workflow and give the opportunity to change to cloud workflow when we are ready.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

Nothing specific yet. It is like any new software/platform: It takes some time to get used to.

We were told that the version difference would not impact labels. However we found out that some labels do change filed/placheholder size slighlty. Due to our immense label amount and complex label reality it is labor intensive to check and validate each label. WE are already in contact with support to see if this behaviour is somewhat predictable. We went from Nicelabel 19.2 Build 5339 to CLoud.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us an user friendly platform to create labels, print them using the dropfolder automation and also log the issues. My team is also responsible for issues within production. WE really like the error log in the automation manager. This will show the rootcause of our issues almost 99% of the times.

  ### 31. Streamlining Compliance Through Cloud-Based Labeling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raahul G. | IT Assistant Manager , Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

Centralized Label Control – A single cloud platform to manage label templates across multiple plants or locations, so there are no more version-mismatch issues.

ERP Integration – Smooth integration with SAP, Oracle, and other ERP systems via API, which helps reduce manual errors and improves automation.

Regulatory Compliance – Very useful for industries like healthcare, pharma, and manufacturing, where barcode standards (GS1), UDI, and traceability are critical.

Reduced IT Overhead – No heavy on-prem infrastructure, plus automatic updates and better security.

Role-Based Access – Strong governance overall: business users can design labels while IT maintains control.

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

While Loftware Cloud provides strong centralized control and solid compliance features, the initial configuration and integration can feel overly complex. Getting set up and migrating templates from legacy systems often requires significant effort and a high level of technical expertise. Licensing and subscription costs may also be a concern for mid-sized organizations, particularly when scaling the number of users or printers. More intuitive UI improvements, along with more flexible pricing options, would help streamline adoption and further enhance the overall experience.

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loftware Cloud helps address several key challenges we faced, including label inconsistency, managing regulatory compliance, errors from manual data entry, and the overhead of maintaining infrastructure.

By using centralized governance and real-time ERP integration, we’ve been able to improve labeling accuracy, reduce compliance risk (especially around barcode and traceability standards), and rely less on local IT teams for day-to-day support.

The biggest benefit for us has been operational efficiency: change management is faster, audit readiness is stronger, and we can scale deployments across locations without the complexity of on-prem infrastructure.

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?**

I like that Loftware Cloud makes label design and printing simple, centralised, and accessible from anywhere, with no need for complex IT setup. It lets users easily create and manage label templates, keeps all versions controlled in one place, and allows printing across multiple sites or devices, ideal for fast‑moving operations

**What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?**

The main issue is that it can feel overly complicated when you’re first setting things up. Some users report that designing labels takes longer than expected, and the system isn’t always as straightforward as it looks at first glance. In a few cases, even creating a single label has been described as quite time‑consuming because of the way the tools are laid out and how the workflow is structured

**What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loftware Cloud takes away a lot of the usual headaches around label management. Instead of juggling different versions of templates across folders or sites, everything is stored and controlled in one place, which cuts out errors and keeps the whole process consistent. That centralisation makes a big difference, especially when labels need to stay compliant or change quickly. It also removes the need for complicated IT setups. Because it runs in the cloud and updates automatically, there’s no server maintenance or specialist support needed just to keep labels working. You can design, approve and print from anywhere, which is extremely helpful if teams are spread out or need to work on the move.
