Version control is well implemented and I've yet to have any issues with it. It helps manage our team's workflow without additional infrastructure. I appreciate the analytics because it shows a lot of data relevant to the software, so when analyzing data for our labeling process we have both the physical hardware data as well as the data that Loftware cloud aggregates. **What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?** I can't think of anything unhelpful about Loftware cloud. I also can't think of any issues that are due to the software suite that Loftware uses. Occasionally I have issues saving files from my desktop designer to the cloud's control center through windows file explorer, but when I rename said file, it tends to work just fine. Not sure if this is an issue on my end or on the cloud's end. One specific thing I noticed in Loftware designer is that the serial connections window in the document properties of a solution/form seems to fade out/gets cut off at the bottom, and doesn't allow for scrolling. **What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Loftware cloud helps to pool all of our labels and client labeling/scanning applications in one place. After setting up a new account or permissions for a supplier, you can immediately find it, and by entering the account in IPA, it can be activated right away; after notifying the supplier via email, they can use it immediately, with no noticeable delay. The initial setup process for Loftware Cloud (creating accounts, assigning permissions, etc.) was relatively easy for me, as the interface is quite simple and the structure is clear. Additionally, Loftware provided a dedicated explanation online via Teams at the beginning, and I didn't encounter any difficulties. **What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?** What I find not very user-friendly is that when creating an account, it doesn't remember and display the last entered account. I mentioned, "If when setting up an account, it could remember and display the last entered account, at least the part after the @ from the last entered account, it would make it easier for me to quickly create a new account." I also added, "At least the domain after the @, and if it could remember the entire last entered account, that would be the best." **What problems is Loftware Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Loftware Cloud to create and manage accounts, initial passwords for suppliers, and also assign permissions and groups.
