To be honest, there’s not much to complain about, but if I had to point something out, maybe sometimes the system updates or changes happen a bit suddenly, so it takes a bit of time for our team to get used to them. Also, once in a while, the response time for support can be a little slower during peak periods. But overall, it’s been a good experience and those issues aren’t deal-breakers. It is actually helping them in dealing with dynamic demand, where orders might come from anywhere, on any day, rather than with a fixed and predictable calendar.
