After some back and forth, I picked one and LoanBase helped me negotiate a more flexible prepayment policy than I've ever been offered. Beyond the personal service, LoanBase's platform made it much easier to submit and track the progress of my loan. It's the first time closing a loan has felt like 2022 and not 2001.
