Bryt Software Reviews & Product Details

Bryt Software is a flexible, cloud-based loan management and servicing platform built to help lenders automate servicing workflows, reduce manual processes, and gain greater visibility and control over their loan portfolios. Designed for post-origination loan management, Bryt brings loan servicing, payment processing, borrower information, communications, documents, reporting, and portfolio activity together in one centralized system. Its configurable architecture enables lenders to support a wide variety of loan structures without forcing their business into a rigid, one-size-fits-all servicing model. ### Flexible Loan Servicing Bryt allows lenders to configure loan terms, interest rates, fees, payment schedules, interest calculations, and other servicing rules to match their lending programs. Teams can manage scheduled and unscheduled payments, partial payments, payoffs, late fees, NSF activity, loan modifications, write-offs, and other day-to-day servicing events while maintaining a detailed history of loan activity. Bryt supports multiple interest accrual methods, including 30/360, Actual/365, and Actual/360, along with variations based on payment frequency, per diem calculations, and interest day-count requirements. ### Payment Processing and Allocation Bryt's Loan Payment Wizard simplifies payment processing by guiding users through the steps required to record and manage loan payments. Configurable waterfall rules can automatically allocate payments across categories such as principal, interest, late fees, and other charges based on the lender's servicing requirements. Lenders can also expand payment capabilities with options such as ACH processing and other payment-related modules. ### Portfolio Visibility and Reporting Bryt provides a centralized dashboard that gives servicing teams visibility into their loan portfolios, including payment status, upcoming installments, delinquencies, borrower history, loan status, and other key servicing information. Built-in reports help lenders analyze loan and payment activity, balances, portfolio performance, and servicing data. Organizations requiring more specialized reporting can add custom reporting capabilities to create reports tailored to their operational, management, audit, and compliance needs. ### Borrower and Contact Management Bryt includes contact relationship management capabilities that allow lenders to centralize borrower and other loan-related contact information. Users can maintain contact details, documents, notes, files, communication history, and related servicing information within the platform. This centralized approach gives servicing teams a more complete view of the borrower relationship and reduces the need to search across spreadsheets, email accounts, file systems, and disconnected applications for information. ### Borrower Communications and Documents Bryt helps lenders streamline borrower communications with configurable notices and document templates. Teams can generate and manage communications such as payment requests, receipts, late notices, periodic loan statements, payoff information, and other loan-related documents. Communications and servicing activity can be maintained as part of the loan record, helping teams create a more complete history of borrower interactions and loan activity. ### Borrower Self-Service Bryt's optional white-labeled Borrower Portal extends the servicing experience directly to borrowers. Lenders can provide borrowers with digital access to relevant loan information, payment history, and documents through an experience presented under the lender's brand. ### Modular and Configurable One of Bryt's key advantages is its modular approach. Lenders can start with core loan servicing functionality and add specialized capabilities based on their business model and servicing requirements. Available modules and expanded capabilities include: * ACH processing * Borrower Portal * Investor Portal * Escrow/Impound Management * Escrow Analysis * Asset and Insurance Tracking * Draw Disbursements * Custom User Fields * Custom Document Templates * Custom Report Writer * Data Imports * Accounting Register * Multi-Lender/Investment Management * Credit Reporting Integration * API connectivity * Additional payment and servicing tools This approach enables organizations to configure Bryt around the functionality they need today and expand the platform as their portfolio, team, or servicing requirements evolve. ### Commercial and Complex Loan Servicing For commercial and specialty lenders, Bryt supports servicing requirements such as configurable payment waterfalls, fee allocation, escrow/impound accounts, draw workflows, collateral and asset information, insurance tracking, payment exceptions, borrower notices, and portfolio reporting. These capabilities make Bryt suitable for organizations that need more flexibility than basic payment tracking software while still prioritizing ease of use and operational efficiency. ### Mortgage and Real Estate Loan Servicing Mortgage and real estate lenders can use Bryt to manage payment posting, partial payments, late fees, NSF activity, borrower statements, escrow/impound accounts, collateral information, insurance tracking, payoffs, reporting, and other post-origination servicing activities. ### Built for a Wide Range of Lenders Bryt can support organizations across multiple lending markets, including: * Private lending * Commercial lending * Mortgage and real estate lending * Consumer lending * Construction lending * Automotive lending * CDFIs * Microfinance * Banks and credit unions * Government lending programs * Nonprofit lending * Specialty finance Whether an organization is moving away from spreadsheets, replacing a legacy loan management system, or looking for a more scalable approach to servicing a growing portfolio, Bryt provides the tools to centralize loan operations and automate repetitive servicing work. ### A Simpler Approach to Loan Management Bryt is designed to make sophisticated loan servicing easier to manage. Process Wizards guide users through common activities such as loan creation and payment processing, while Quick Tools provide convenient access to frequently used actions. The consistent interface helps teams learn the system without navigating unnecessarily complex workflows. By combining configurable loan servicing, automation, portfolio visibility, borrower management, reporting, and optional specialized modules, Bryt helps lenders spend less time managing manual back-office processes and more time focusing on their borrowers and growing their portfolios. Bryt Software is a strong fit for lenders looking for a flexible loan servicing solution that can adapt to their lending model rather than requiring them to adapt their operations to the software.
