**What do you like best about Loan Vision?**

Loan Vision is built for mortgage companies. My favorite functionalities includes automated loan imports from the LOS, ACH capabilities, customized file imports, from multiple sources, recurring and reversing journal entries, and powerful reporting. Converting from an older version of Microsoft Dynamics made the transition very easy.

**What do you dislike about Loan Vision?**

I can't say I've come across anything I don't like. However, the conversion was a bit more detailed than I first expected and we've had to troubleshoot several issues with the loan import. That said, the team has been very helpful getting those issues resolved quickly.

**What problems is Loan Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated loan imports. ACH bill payments. Customizable file import setups. Recurring and reversing journal entries. Reporting at the loan level.
