What do you like best about LiveReach AI?

LiveReach AI has many things that I can go on and on about, however, if I had to pick one, it would be the ease of use of their dashboard and the speed at which we are able to look up historical video footage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LiveReach AI?

To be honest, there aren't any that we have discovered so far. We have had some feature requests when working with the system and they are well received by their development team! They have even pushed up some requests to the top of the line and released them very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LiveReach AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We operate car washes and the biggest problem we have is customers claiming that the car wash caused damage to their vehicle. Before LiveReach, this used to be a painstaking process to go back on an NVR and locate video footage and save it. Now with their technology, our team is no longer wasting time scanning through video footage and can use their very easy search functions to reduce the time it takes to locate specific events! What do you like best about LiveReach AI?

What problems is LiveReach AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were able to increase our wash cars per hour by seeing what where our pain points were and adjusting staff/equipment to increase flow.

We used the data analytics to see how much time customers spend in the vacuum area and made adjustments to lower those times.

What do you like best about LiveReach AI?

"Outstanding Security Software with Advanced AI Capabilities"

What do you like best about LiveReach AI?

LiveReach allows us to monitor operations on or offsite for productivity, customer interaction, customer service, and damage claims. After using several other nationally recognized security camera brands, LiveReach won our business with excellent AI features, an easy-to-use interface, fair pricing, outstanding ROI, and great customer support. The pace of their invocation and willingness to add functionality to improve our operations continues to amaze us with regular feature upgrades, particularly in the AI feature set. All of this is on top of an outstanding user interface for managing large sets of cameras/angles. It is much more than a "security system". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LiveReach AI?

Not much to complain about. The few items we thought could use improvement were turned into positives when they considered our feedback and provided enhancements if other product users could share the feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LiveReach AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are an express car wash. Beyond the basics of security, we use it to manage operation efficiency (are people and vehicles in the right places for the right lengths of time), reduces damage claims (and the time to manage the process and resolution), human resource management, reducing fraud (plate switching), training and coaching staff, tracking over or underuse of resources (ex how long vehicles occupy vacuum spots). These features all have an ROI for improved operations. The ease of use of the system also allows our team to share it's use. What do you like best about LiveReach AI?

Robust Business analytics allows tracking of people and vehicles at different branch locations for training more efficient customer service. AI detection capabilities allow for very fast complex searches. LPR on every camera allows detection of vehicles never before seen and quick isolation and viewing of previously seen vehicles.
