
Last year, we modernised our mortgage application process by implementing LiteSpeed from LenderLogix, and our team has found that it has been a very good decision overall. The borrower experience has improved the most, in our opinion. Compared to some of the previous POS systems we've used, the interface is clear, mobile-friendly, and considerably simpler for applicants to use. Incomplete applications have decreased, and there has been a discernible decrease in back and forth during the document collection process. Instead of emailing documents, borrowers appear more at ease uploading them directly through the portal. The integration with Encompass is very beneficial from an operations perspective. Duplicate data entry and manual corrections are reduced when information flows seamlessly into our LOS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that LenderLogix's LiteSpeed isn't entirely plug-and-play. While the interface is modern, it still takes time for staff to fully adjust, and the initial setup and customization require more effort than expected. Some reporting features seem a little limited, and problems are occasionally linked to the Encompass integration, which can make things more complicated. Overall, it's a good system, but in order to maximise its benefits, patience and careful application are needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
