Shape is a mortgage CRM, point-of-sale, and sales automation platform built for loan officers, mortgage brokers, branch managers, and enterprise lenders. It combines lead management, borrower communication, application intake, and marketing automation in a single system. Teams use it instead of running a separate CRM, dialer, email tool, and online application. The platform is built specifically for mortgage workflows rather than adapted from a general sales CRM. Loan stages, borrower and co-borrower records, referral partner relationships, and LOS handoffs are native to the system. Shape includes more than 500 features across the following areas: Lead management and distribution Connect over 100 lead sources with direct integrations. Route and assign leads by rules, score them with AI-based models, and work them from a prioritized pipeline that surfaces the contacts most likely to convert. Point of sale, credit, and LOS integration Borrowers complete a digital 1003 through a branded portal that feeds directly into the CRM record. Credit pulling is automated and document collection happens in the same workflow. Shape connects with Encompass, LendingPad, Calyx, and other loan origination systems to reduce duplicate data entry. Communication and automation An integrated dialer, two-way texting, email, and video messaging run inside the platform.
