What do you like best about ListingMate?

Every new listing used to mean a scramble to get posts out. Now the whole campaign is ready the day we list, it looks exactly like us, and nothing goes live until we say so. It has given us back hours on every property. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ListingMate?

It only posts to Facebook and Instagram at the moment. A lot of our referral work comes through LinkedIn, so I’d love to see that added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ListingMate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Every listing now gets a full campaign from coming soon to sold, in our colours and our voice, without anyone in the office designing a thing. That gives us back hours on every property. We approve posts in a few minutes, usually from a phone, so it fits around inspections. Most of all, we now walk into appraisals with a plan to show the owner: here’s every post we’ll put out about your home, and when.
