I like that the AI used by Linksquares will extract the auto renewal date and will send me reminds via email. This has saved me time from manually looking at the contracts. If you mainly use google drive, it maybe difficult to transition to Word. Linksquares strictly uses Word for edits (from what I know). Our legal team is comprised of two people. Linksquares automates our contract saving and creating process. We don't need to delete and insert information since we create templates that autofills. I've been using LS for all things contracts, and everything has been smooth so far. I use LS to draft/create contracts, as well as sending them out to counterparties, sharing/receiving redlines, all the way to sending out for e-signatures. Our CSM has been with us from day 1, when we only had a few licenses. Our CSM ensured we were setup from the start and has continued to meet with us to ensure we know how to use the new updates, etc. This has been instrumental in adoption. The platform. LinkSquares is intuitive and easy to use. We can make changes on the fly and try out different workflows. It is easy to revert back if we decide we do not like the change. The AI capabilities have already created efficiencies in the team. Looking up key contract terms happens in seconds and redlining other party agreements is done with ease through the word plugin.
