What do you like best about LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

Honestly, nothing. The interface looks straight out of the early 2000s—clunky, confusing, and anything but user-friendly. The account management experience is just as bad. It's nearly impossible to find what you need, and their support is essentially non-existent until renewal time. I wouldn’t wish working with this company on my worst enemy. What do you dislike about LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

Everything. The product feels outdated and overly complicated for what it offers. But the worst part is their business practices. The auto-renewal policy is a complete trap—they auto-renew 45 days before the actual renewal date without any clear communication. When I reached out to reduce seats, I was met with dismissive responses and zero flexibility. It feels like their entire model is built on catching customers off-guard and locking them into contracts they don’t need. If you value transparency and customer support, look elsewhere.
