**What do you like best about Lims.net?**

It is the complete complete package for an experiment which completion can be written analysed and reported with help of lims.

**What do you dislike about Lims.net?**

Nothing it is a best package for chemical and pharmaceutical industries

**What problems is Lims.net solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduces time and effort to do an experiment and its reporting i.e. from initiation to completion

**What do you like best about Lims.net?**

I like that LIMS comes with a  lot of support staff and help from the IT team. We had a training and I like that there are people there to answer your questions. I also liked that there was a question and answer portion of the training. I like that it will create less busy work when in the labs and that most labs seem to use it

**What do you dislike about Lims.net?**

It is not user friendly right off the bat

**Recommendations to others considering Lims.net:**

Have a trial period before implementation. This is because it is not intuitive to use at first especially for a newer company. Some of the problems that we have faced are that it is not user friendly right off the bat and it takes some getting used to.

it is not easy to implement at first
