**What do you like best about Limebox?**

I can't say enough good things about the technical lead assigned to our account.  He took the time to listen and understand the big picture of our business model. He helped with day to day issues and long term projects.  Often times when we asked for a specific customization, he would suggest an alternative way to accomplish our results with less work.  Limebox wrote us custom scripts and workflows and quickly helped when we ran into issues.  When there were teaching moments, they helped to empower our team.  It was invaluable to work consistently with the same person on long term projects such as our 3rd party integrations. We found him to always be prepared, present and engaged in our weekly meetings.  We couldn't have been more pleased with his assistance.

**What do you dislike about Limebox?**

We got off to a bit of a rough start simply because our team was very hands on and the implementation team was used to working with clients that took more of a backseat approach.  We worked through these early issues and found the Limebox team willing to adapt to our needs.  There were aspects where they took the lead and got the job done for us and others where they sat back and provided assistance when we needed it.

**Recommendations to others considering Limebox:**

Limebox can do it all! We made the mistake of going with another (local Syracuse company Pronexus) that introduced us to Limebox and did next to nothing else except collect a percentage of all Limebox's hours.  For a Netsuite implementation, you want the best possible team (they don't need to be local or even in the same time zone).  We found that top tier service with Limebox and wished  we would have worked directly with them directly from the start. Also, DO NOT pay for Netsuite premium support. If you have Limebox, you won't need it.

**What problems is Limebox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limebox was our implementation partner from day 1 on Netsuite. We migrated from an old, extremely customized system on a very aggressive time schedule.  We had a small team (4 people) on our end who were heavily invested in the transition and put in a ton of work to learn the system and train other team members.  Limebox helped with all of our initial set up and all our 3rd party integrations, custom scripts and workflows etc.  We had regular meetings and a timeline to follow with targets to hit.  We had a sandbox environment for testing and a plan for go-live.  Post Go-live, we relied on Limebox daily for probably a month to help us past all the little issues that popped up in the live environment. They were always incredibly responsive, knowlegable and a pleasure to work with.
