LightTrail gave us our analytics back without the compliance headaches. Everything runs under a BAA on their infrastructure, so our compliance team was comfortable with it, and our marketing team actually has data to work with again. The dashboards are built for how we think about things. We can look at traffic by service line instead of trying to hack that together ourselves. The campaign attribution shows which campaigns are actually producing results instead of guessing. Norman, the AI tool, has been a nice surprise. I can ask it a question and get a report back without having to build it myself, which matters when you're a small team. Implementation was easy. It's a JavaScript tag. We were seeing data within a couple weeks. **What do you dislike about LightTrail?** There's a bit of a learning curve compared to using Google Analytics. The interface is different and it took us a bit to find our way around. Once we got comfortable it was fine, but the first couple weeks we were looking for things in the wrong places. **What problems is LightTrail solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're a community health system serving a rural population across five counties. Our marketing team is small and our budget isn't unlimited. When we lost Google Analytics, we lost visibility into what was working and what wasn't. We couldn't tell leadership which campaigns were driving patient volume and which were wasting money. LightTrail gave us that back.
