Using LightPDF has made working with PDFs so much easier. The interface is clean and simple so I dont waste time searching for tools. The AI agent is really impressive because it can handle multiple tasks at once like removing watermarks, compressing, converting, or even translating PDFs which saves me a lot of time. I also like being able to edit text directly in a PDF without messing up the formatting and batch processing multiple files at once is a huge time saver. Overall it is smooth, reliable, and honestly one of the few PDF tools I actually enjoy using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find using LightPDF a very smooth and convenient experience. The application opens quickly and does not slow down my device, which makes it ideal for everyday use. I especially like how I can easily view, zoom, and scroll through documents without any lag. Basic features such as highlighting text, adding comments, and searching within the PDF work efficiently and help me stay productive. The interface is clean and simple, so I never feel confused while navigating options. I appreciate that the app does not take up much storage space, which is perfect for mobile users. Even when handling larger files, it performs well and remains stable. The convert to PDF and OCR text scan features are very valuable to me because they help me quickly organize and convert documents into digital format. The OCR feature makes it easy to turn scanned images or documents into editable text, which saves time and improves accuracy. Additionally, the initial setup of LightPDF was very easy and straightforward, making it possible for me to start using it right away. I also like that LightPDF works smoothly with cloud storage services like Google Drive and OneDrive, which helps keep everything organized. Overall, this application has made reading, editing, and managing PDF files much easier for me, and I find myself relying on it for both personal and professional tasks. One area that could be improved is the processing speed for larger files. Sometimes it takes a little longer than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, the best thing about this software is just how easy it is to use. There are no crazy menus or a million buttons to figure out. The layout is super clean and everything is right where you'd expect it to be. I've used other programs that are so clunky and confusing, but I was up and running with this one in minutes. It's one of the few apps I actually enjoy using.

But the feature that completely sold me—the real game-changer—is how it lets you edit text in a PDF. And I mean actually edit it. You can fix a typo or change a number, and the font doesn't get all weird and messed up. It looks seamless, like it was never even touched. That alone is its most valuable part, for sure.

Seriously, I'm telling everyone I know to give it a shot. Just try it once. I guarantee you’ll get hooked and won't go back to whatever you were using before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, there’s not much to complain about. If I have to be really picky, maybe it’s that the subscription is needed for some of the more advanced features. The free version is great, but you get hooked and want the pro stuff! It’s totally fair, just my only minor gripe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I started using LightPDF recently because I was tired of juggling multiple apps just to manage PDFs. Honestly, I was surprised by how smooth the experience has been. The interface is really clean and straightforward, so I didn’t need to spend time figuring out where things were. I’ve mostly used it to convert PDFs to Word and Excel, and the results were accurate without messing up the formatting, which is usually a headache with other tools.

One feature I really liked was the OCR option—I had an old scanned document that I thought I’d have to retype manually, but LightPDF pulled the text out perfectly. I’ve also merged and compressed a few files without any lag, even from my phone.

Overall, it’s a handy tool for anyone who needs to quickly edit or convert PDFs without installing heavy software. It feels reliable and actually makes my work faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing at the moment, it fairly serves my purpose Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Ai tools and solutions are nothing short of incredible. I would be bold enough to say perhaps one of the best I've used so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer care is a nightmare. Moreover, there are some really poor interconnections with Apowersoft, which is a product owned by the same brand that owns LightPDF, and this is what creates the complete confusion and is where the conversation with customer care starts. first, its AI processing for image and pdf is great as it does what you order it to do second, it is processing the Arabic language well not like most other sites. Finally, it has good free services for most applications inside it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

nothing, it is totally good as it is right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LightPDF is a versatile and user-friendly tool for managing PDFs. It offers a wide range of features, including editing, converting, merging, and compressing PDFs. One standout feature is its Optical Character Recognition (OCR) capability, which allows users to extract text from images or scanned documents accurately. The interface is intuitive, making it easy for users of all experience levels to navigate.

Another advantage is that it’s available both online and as a desktop app, offering flexibility. While the free version provides useful features, the premium plan unlocks advanced tools like batch processing. Overall, LightPDF is a reliable solution for anyone needing basic to advanced PDF management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the limited features in the free version. While it offers basic tools, some advanced features like batch processing, higher file size limits, or faster conversions are locked behind a paywall. Additionally, occasional ads or prompts to upgrade to the premium version can be slightly disruptive for free users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The functionality and practicality it offers is great, it helps in my student life, it's simply wonderful and easy to use, it has greatly improved my studies and I loved the app a lot, very easy to use and it's quite fast when using the AI, which is what I like the most. The price is quite steep and the app's color doesn't have a dark mode option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
