What do you like best about LightPDF?

Honestly, the best thing about this software is just how easy it is to use. There are no crazy menus or a million buttons to figure out. The layout is super clean and everything is right where you'd expect it to be. I've used other programs that are so clunky and confusing, but I was up and running with this one in minutes. It's one of the few apps I actually enjoy using.

But the feature that completely sold me—the real game-changer—is how it lets you edit text in a PDF. And I mean actually edit it. You can fix a typo or change a number, and the font doesn't get all weird and messed up. It looks seamless, like it was never even touched. That alone is its most valuable part, for sure.

Seriously, I'm telling everyone I know to give it a shot. Just try it once. I guarantee you’ll get hooked and won't go back to whatever you were using before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LightPDF?

Honestly, there’s not much to complain about. If I have to be really picky, maybe it’s that the subscription is needed for some of the more advanced features. The free version is great, but you get hooked and want the pro stuff! It’s totally fair, just my only minor gripe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LightPDF solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the biggest headache with PDFs: editing them. Normally, trying to fix a typo just ruins the formatting. LightPDF lets me change words easily and it still looks perfect.
