They've provided excellent service the entire time I've worked with them and you couldn't ask for a more effective team of true professionals. **Recommendations to others considering Lever Talent:** Even if you don't think you need their help, take the time to meet this team. I pride myself on being very well versed in talent development and before meeting with Drew, Meg, and Curtis for the first time I was frankly not convinced I needed to work with a talent consulting company, but since our first meeting in 2022 I have had several times that I thanked my lucky stars that I took that first call. The customer experience speciailist hadn't reached out for 2-3 weeks after being onboarded. Predictive index came recommended by someone who had used it in the past.
