The biggest drawback of their system is not really their issue but the issue of using the right tools after they are done. What do you do with the recommendations they give you, do you have the tools (like Engagedly) to help activate your employee development, engagement and productivity programs? This is something we did not struggle with since we have tools like Engagedly in house but I can see companies using standard HRIS systems and no tools to activate this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
