Efficient pre-trained modules for various functions including sentiment analysis, emotion analysis, and language detection, among others. What do you like best about Lettria?

As a pet insurance, we need to monitor closely our customer feedbacks. While we don't have internal data-science people, Lettria helped us access excellent sentiment & emotion analysis, as well as topic detection. Easy to use, clean interface, it is easier to understand the steps to set up and run a NLP project, train a model, create labels, etc. The fact that it is a very techy-subject and Lettria allows me to understand concepts and follow the entire lifecycle of a project, it is amazing!
