**What do you like best about Lettria?**

Efficient pre-trained modules for various functions including sentiment analysis, emotion analysis, and language detection, among others. Backed by a human-sized company with a responsive and dependable team. The annotation platform prioritizes user needs and preferences.

**What do you dislike about Lettria?**

The pattern management features could benefit from enhancements to facilitate finer adjustments by computational linguists. It would be advantageous to expand the range of options and allow for the customization of pre-made categories.

**What problems is Lettria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our objective is to categorize wide rande of customer reviews from diverse industries into different label categories, such as positive or negative sentiment, topics, and language. To achieve this, we use the Lettria API to integrate our customer management software and merge text analysis data with quantitative data

**What do you like best about Lettria?**

Lettria was easy to set up to analyze our call samples and start our annotations.

The deployment was also very quick, thanks to the support of the Customer Success team.

**What do you dislike about Lettria?**

The no-code platform is constantly evolving.

Some screens still lack ergonomics, but the Lettria teams have done an incredible job of making their technology accessible.

**What problems is Lettria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a speech-to-text solution, but we didn't know how to analyze their content globally. We were missing out on valuable insights from our prospects and customers.

In addition, our CRM was not fully up to date because after-call work is often tedious. This meant that we could not fully exploit the data and our statistics had large margins of error.

The platform's simplicity: it enables people without skills in AI to perform NLP tasks with no code and almost no effort. You can now focus on your main work and use AI as an efficient tool

**What do you dislike about Lettria?**

I would like to have a French-oriented OCR model just like layoutLM or trOCR to numerized some documents or extract key entities from my bills or legal documents.

**What problems is Lettria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can make a quick classification of texts such as tweets or reviews. It helps to pre-annotate the results and to gain time to focus on using results and not on the way to get the results.

I was able to launch an NLP project with Lettria very quickly, without having any particular knowledge of Data-Science, perhaps also because of the intuitive and well-designed platform

Still looking for further options, but Lettria has already been improving its user experience in the recent past, so very keen for the next releases.

**What do you like best about Lettria?**

As a pet insurance, we need to monitor closely our customer feedbacks. While we don't have internal data-science people, Lettria helped us access excellent sentiment & emotion analysis, as well as topic detection. The platform is very well designed and our software engineering team managed to integrate their APIs in a matter of hours

Onboarding was a bit rought but has been improved lately.

We can't afford a team internally to build NLP projects.

Between the intuitiveness of the platform, the well-thought-out UX, and the relevant analysis in both English and French, we will have a hard time doing without Lettria for our consumer feedback analysis exercises.

Easy to use, clean interface, it is easier to understand the steps to set up and run a NLP project, train a model, create labels, etc. The fact that it is a very techy-subject and Lettria allows me to understand concepts and follow the entire lifecycle of a project, it is amazing!

**What do you dislike about Lettria?**

You gotta have some prior knowledge to be able to use it. Even though it is a self-service tool, you need to understand jargons and flows inside NLP world.

I can detect improvements on customer service by analysing customer reviews online. Annotation task is also faster with the suggestions tool!
