LetHub Reviews & Product Details

LetHub is an AI leasing assistant for residential property managers — it answers rental inquiries in about 30 seconds by text, email web chat, and phone, 24/7, and books ID-verified showings automatically. It turns the flood of leasing inquiries into booked, confirmed tours, so your team leases instead of chasing leads. What LetHub does - AI voice agent — answers leasing calls live, around the clock. It handles the questions prospects actually ask (availability, pricing, pets, parking, how to apply) and books the showing right on the call. No inquiry ever hits voicemail. - Instant inquiry response — every lead from your listings, ILS sources, and email gets a reply in ~30 seconds and is pre-qualified before a human steps in. - Automated showing scheduling — LetHub pulls real-time availability, books the tour, and syncs it to both the prospect's and your team's calendars. - ID-verified self-showings — for self-tour properties, prospects pass a bank-level identity check before a time-sensitive, one-time lockbox code is issued. They tour independently while you stay protected from fraud and unauthorized access. - Proactive follow-up — confirms attendance before each tour to cut no-shows, follows up after, and moves qualified prospects toward applying and signing. Built for residential operators LetHub is purpose-built for single-family, scattered-site, and small-to-mid residential portfolios across the US and Canada — the teams that drown in inquiry volume and showing logistics rather than demand. It's the difference between being the first reply and the second. Integrations Connects with the tools you already run — AppFolio, Buildium, RentVine, DoorLoop, TenantCloud, and Propertyware, plus Outlook and Gmail. Onboarding is fast: a short setup gets you live, and from there your inbox quiets down to what matters — booked tours and signed leases.
