"Ease of use, fun and effiency... I love it"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

Lemlist is a great tool!

I can see who opened, who clicked, and what happened on the other side—it’s a game changer!

The AI part is definitely their best asset. Being able to provide personal text for my prospects is probably what I prefer.

A powerful tool that delivers transparency and helps personalize my outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

I don't actually see any current downsides; the tool performs exactly as promised.

My only piece of advice would be to continue innovating towards a simplified, fully automated workflow. My ultimate goal, and I think the ultimate goal for any tool today, is the ability to have a simple, central AI chat interface in the middle of the screen that manages every step for us—from segmenting prospects to drafting personalized intros and launching the entire campaign.

I think they are doing it with lemagent, I have not yet try because I am really use now to set my campaign but for the new arrival or if I campaign for a new target, sure it will be great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Loyal User, Will Continue to be loyal!"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

I love Lemlist's user-friendly onboarding and clean user interface, making it simple to get started. The top-tier customer support ensures that any issues are quickly addressed. Its all-in-one solution for outreach and multichannel interaction increases conversion rates and generates beneficial results. The robust features like data enrichment tools and import capabilities are vital for managing leads effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

There's little at this point that I dislike but everyone's needs are different so being able to further customer customize widgets or say "Generate custom widgets" for reporting purposes in the near term on lemlist would be pretty useful! For example, I don't need calling metrics but if I wanted to see suggested follow-up cadence for a 2 reply (Because after the initial reply there is a little churn in the funnel) for whatever reason or something like projecting conversions based on total lead list, lead list variables, etc against historical trends, that would be nice. "A core part of our startup's growth stack"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

We use lemlist to grow Seequency and it's become one of the core tools in our outbound stack. The UI is clean, intuitive, and genuinely enjoyable to use, making it easy to build and manage campaigns without feeling overwhelmed. Lemwarm deserves a special mention: it's incredibly easy to set up and runs almost effortlessly, giving us confidence that our domains are ready before scaling outreach. Integrations, especially with Make, allow us to automate our prospecting workflows from lead generation to follow-up without friction. Performance has been excellent, both in terms of deliverability and campaign reliability. From a pricing and ROI perspective, it's an easy investment to justify, as just a few qualified conversations can cover the subscription cost. Onboarding is one of the best parts of the experience: the tutorials are exceptionally well made, practical, and helped us become productive very quickly without needing external help. Finally, I'd love to see even more AI-powered features, such as deeper prospect research, automatic sequence optimization, and smarter personalization suggestions based on campaign performance. Overall, lemlist strikes a great balance between ease of use, powerful automation, and results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

Honestly, the only downside is that it raises the bar so much that it makes us more demanding when building our own startup. 😄 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lemlist Makes Outreach Smarter with an Intuitive UI and Powerful Personalization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

emlist is a powerful outreach platform with a clean and intuitive UI/UX that makes campaign creation feel simple and efficient. The integrations with CRMs and other sales tools are smooth, helping teams keep workflows connected. Performance is reliable, even when managing larger campaigns, and the personalization features make outreach feel much more human.

The pricing feels fair when you consider the time saved and the ROI from better reply rates. Support and onboarding are also strong, with helpful resources that make it easy to get started. I especially like the AI and intelligence features, which help improve messaging, targeting, and campaign optimization. Overall, Lemlist is a great tool for sales teams that want smarter, more effective outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

What I didn’t like: the phone number quality could be better. Some numbers were outdated, incomplete, or not accurate enough, which can slow down follow-up workflows and reduce the overall effectiveness of outreach campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerhouse for 1:1 Outreach and Securing Major Partnerships"
4/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

What I like best about Lemlist is its ability to maintain a highly personalized, human touch at scale, backed by stellar customer support. When running a major initiative like our "Pets and Patriots 250" event, managing automated follow-ups with limited resources could easily feel mechanical or cold. Lemlist changes that.

Furthermore, their customer success team is incredibly human and empathetic. Early on, I experienced a technical glitch where my initial 500 credits dropped significantly after upgrading to a paid account. A support representative named Lena quickly stepped in and credited them back. That act of grace completely won me over and cemented my loyalty to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

Using lemlist for our "Pets and Patriots 250" public event was a complete game-changer. We were organizing a massive celebration for the 250th anniversary of the United States, featuring a car show and live entertainment in partnership with the Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs and Rover Rescue. With limited time and resources, setting up manual follow-ups would have been nearly impossible. Lemlist allowed us to easily launch automated cold email outreach targeting VFW and Legion Posts, regional car clubs, and pet rescue affiliates, making it simple to manage campaigns and schedule time directly from responses.

The customer support is also incredibly human. Before upgrading my account, I had 500 credits, but they unexpectedly dropped to a lower amount after I transitioned to the paid tier. I reached out to support, and a representative named Lena graciously credited them back to me. Her swift and kind assistance completely won me over.

The results of our outreach speak for themselves. The event was an enormous success, leading to an official partnership with the Department of Veterans Affairs, sponsorship for a nationwide car show circuit, and the financial backing to launch a pet supplies marketplace for American brands. Because of the impact of these campaigns, I have even been approached by business leaders, entrepreneurs, executive directors, and international figures to consult on their own initiatives.

The only downside is that the cost per lead is quite expensive compared to other lead generation solutions on the market. However, if you need a reliable solution to accomplish high-quality, 1:1 lead generation that builds real partnerships, lemlist is well worth the investment. "Turns Cold Outreach Into a Measurable, Repeatable System"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

What I like best about lemlist is that it gives me a clear, practical workflow for outbound email campaigns: importing lead lists, enriching contacts, verifying deliverability, managing multiple senders, and tracking campaign performance in one place.

The deliverability and campaign analytics are especially helpful. I can quickly see how many leads were launched, reached, delivered, opened, bounced, or replied, which makes it much easier to test different lead sources and messaging. For example, I can compare the quality of different prospecting lists and quickly identify whether the issue is the email data, the sender setup, or the message itself.

Overall, lemlist helps turn cold outreach from a messy manual process into a measurable, repeatable system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"End-to-End Outbound Workflows with Email and LinkedIn"
5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

What I like best is that lemlist brings the entire outbound process together in one place - you can see and run both LinkedIn and email in the same sequence instead of stitching tools together. It's genuinely effective. The AI, agents and workflows do a lot of the heavy lifting, and the signals feature is great for triggering outreach at the right moment. Being able to see the whole multichannel process side by side is what makes it click for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

Honestly there isn't much I dislike. There's a bit of a learning curve to get the most out of all the features when you first start, but once you're set up it works really well and the breadth of functionality is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful all-in-one outbound platform with great automation features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

I’ve been using lemlist for my outbound campaigns and I’m extremely happy with the tool. What stands out the most for me is how everything is in one place. Instead of juggling multiple tools, I can handle prospecting, enrichment, outreach campaigns, calling, LinkedIn automation, and deliverability all within a single platform. That alone saves a huge amount of time.

One of my favorite features is the ability to use conditions inside campaigns. This makes it very easy to build smart, dynamic sequences that adapt based on lead behavior. It allows for much more personalized and effective outreach without adding complexity.

I’m also really impressed with the LinkedIn automation. It’s seamless and integrates naturally into multi-channel campaigns, which makes running coordinated email + LinkedIn outreach incredibly efficient.

Another highlight is the A/B testing functionality. It’s straightforward to set up and makes it easy to continuously optimize messaging and improve performance.

Overall, lemlist feels like a complete outbound operating system rather than just an email tool. If you’re looking for an all-in-one solution that covers prospecting, enrichment, outreach, calling, and deliverability, I highly recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

As of now nothing in particular. The tool is a bit pricy but to be honest its worth the money Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Prospecting with Strong LinkedIn & HubSpot Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

Lemlist is a very easy-to-use platform with strong LinkedIn integration, especially the ability to manage multiple selections efficiently. The HubSpot integration is also a real advantage, as it helps keep sales workflows connected, organized, and easier to manage. The onboarding experience is smooth and clear, which makes it easy for new users to understand the main features quickly and start launching campaigns without too much complexity.

I also appreciate the AI features, which can help save time when creating outreach messages, improving personalization, and optimizing campaign content. AI support is becoming increasingly important in sales automation, and Lemlist is moving in the right direction by making these features accessible and practical for everyday use.

A few areas could still be improved. Phone number enrichment can become expensive, batch performance could be faster and more reliable at scale, and I would like to see more advanced AI features in the future, especially for sequence optimization, smarter personalization, and better recommendations based on campaign performance. Overall, Lemlist remains a very useful, intuitive, and efficient solution for prospecting and sales automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pleasant UX, Intuitive Campaign Builder, and High-Quality Tracking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about lemlist?

The UX is genuinely pleasant to work in, which matters when you're building and iterating on sequences daily. The campaign builder is intuitive and easy to navigate, even when sequences get complex with multiple branches between email and LinkedIn steps.

Two features stand out for me. A/B testing is well implemented: you can split-test subject lines, copy variants, or full sequence steps without friction. And the tracking is genuinely high quality, with clean, granular data on opens, clicks, replies, and conversion at each step. It makes optimization actually data-driven rather than guesswork, and I can spot underperforming variants without exporting anything.

Lemwarm running in the background for deliverability is also a real plus when you scale sender volume. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The pricing is on the higher end, especially as you add seats or scale sender volume. Compared to other tools we evaluated, Lemlist sits in the premium bracket, and while the product quality justifies part of it, the cost ramps up quickly for growing teams.

The other recurring pain point is duplicate handling. Duplicates aren't properly tracked across campaigns, which forces a lot of manual cleanup when running multiple sequences in parallel or reactivating old leads. Honestly, it sometimes gives the impression that the lack of native deduplication is intentional, since every contact added counts toward credit usage. A clearer, workspace-level dedup system with proper tracking would save real time and feel more aligned with users' interests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
