**What do you like best about Lekta?**

I really appreciate how Lakta the work efficiently across different channel weather it is a call centre helpline a website a mobile app or even a Facebook Messenger. It is incredibly convenient to have one solution managing helping everything at once. Plus it is built with enterprise level security and scalability in mind which gives piece of mind when dealing with large volume of customer interaction.

**What do you dislike about Lekta?**

There is nothing about disliking likta but I had a point out one thing setting up advance to work flues can be a bit tricky especially for the team without strong technical expertise.

**What problems is Lekta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So lekta help solve the problem of managing customer across multiple platform whether it is mobile app website call centre or Facebook messenger often required in separate tool and process for each one. 

Stand out lekta is bringing everything together under one solution it only not only save time but also ensure that customers get the smooth consistent experience no matter where they reache us.

It has a user friendly interface, helps users save time in drafting and editing content and it supports multiple languages.

**What do you dislike about Lekta?**

Few of the features needs subscription cost.

Automates the writing process, by quickly generating drafts. And helps in writing high quality content.
