**What do you like best about Learn Amp?**

I find the integrated capabilities of Learn Amp really appealing. I love how easy it is to use, and the compelling look and feel of the platform enhances the user experience. The user interface is great for adding, organizing, and curating content, making it possible for more individuals to be engaged in content creation, making learning and development a true team effort. I also appreciate how easily I can get support when needed, and the technical support team is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Learn Amp?**

From time to time, as with any software platform, there can be quirks that cause occasional technical issues. It would really enhance the platform if there were more internal navigation buttons, making it easier to move fluidly back and forth when delving into details or specific tasks.

**What problems is Learn Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Learn Amp to pivot from a traditional LMS for a culture shift, benefiting from its integrated capabilities that mirror the integrated nature of the colleague experience, ease of use, and engaging interface. It makes it easy to add, organize, and curate content, enhancing engagement by removing bureaucratic barriers that are often present in a top-down, LMS-supported structure. We wanted a pull, not push, learning culture. Learn Amp makes it possible to even talk about doing that.

**What do you like best about Learn Amp?**

As the leader of our digital learning strategy, I can confidently say that Learn Amp has been a fantastic partner throughout this journey. The platform’s ease of use made managing courses and resources simple and efficient, while its intuitive design ensured learners could engage without barriers.

The support team has been consistently excellent - responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. Working with such a dedicated group has been a pleasure, and their commitment has been central to the platform’s success over the years.

A special shout‑out to Olivia Young, currently Head of Customer Success at Learn Amp and our Account Manager in recent years. Olivia has always gone above and beyond, offering help and guidance whenever needed. Thank you, Olivia.

**What do you dislike about Learn Amp?**

Batch Enrolment: The inability to batch enrol events to a user makes administration more manual and time‑consuming than it needs to be.

Mobile App: The absence of a dedicated mobile app restricts accessibility for learners who want to engage with content on the go, although the platform can be added as a home screen shortcut on mobile devices.

Search Functionality: If a user types a search term and presses enter before the preview dropdown box has loaded, the query is lost when they are taken to the search results hub. This interrupts the flow of finding resources quickly and can be frustrating for users.

AI Chatbot: Many digital learning providers now include AI chatbots to support learners in real time. Learn Amp does not yet offer this feature, but I know it is something in the works.

**What problems is Learn Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learn Amp maintain a very active roadmap, with numerous upcoming features first released in beta to select customers. This approach allows new tools to be tested in real environments, helping to identify early weaknesses and refine improvements before rolling them out to the wider customer base.

Customer product feedback plays a central role in this process, and the team is always open to receiving input. While not every suggestion I have made has entered the immediate workflow, I am confident all ideas are carefully considered and implemented when the timing is right.

Any support tickets raised regarding platform issues or inconsistencies are handled promptly and directed to the most suitable team to resolve them. Customer support has noticeably improved over the last couple of years, and it now stands out as one of Learn Amp’s key strengths.

**What do you like best about Learn Amp?**

LearnAmp is a fresh feeling system that is able to wear many hats and do what we needed. Offering more customizability and a feel that our users are expecting from newer technology.

**What do you dislike about Learn Amp?**

As a newer product, LearnAmp is still getting new systems turned on. But thankfully those systems are being turned on at a quick pace! Can always expect a new feature or system on the horizon.

**What problems is Learn Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LearnAmp is helping us Admin spend less time generating reports or babysitting users for managers. We are now able to set up self-serve solutions for department heads to get the information they need, when they need.

**What do you like best about Learn Amp?**

Learn Amp is a progressive solution with plenty of customisation and options to suit us, rather than a rigid out of the box platform. They have been excellent so far in terms of relationship, partnering with us well through a very quick 8 week implementation (our choice to do that), and I love that they transparently share their product roadmap and are open to taking on feedback requests. Suits us perfectly - we are a growing and evolving business and to know that there's capacity to grow with us is great.

**What do you dislike about Learn Amp?**

There's not much to dislike! If I had to say anything here, it's that they are still ironing out a few minor things like really clear and consistent terminology across the platform, or what makes sense for a user to see, how things are reported etc. Nothing even close to being a deal breaker and they are very receptive to feedback. Just a good opportunity to sharpen a few things up even more.

**What problems is Learn Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A hugely improved online learning experience from our previous platform. It's intuitive, engaging and has all the right integration capability for us to solve access and admin issues. We'll be using Learn Amp to globalise our learning content and scale it up, and in future to support career development using the Skills module.

**What do you like best about Learn Amp?**

Learn amp is a very user-friendly, sophisticated LMS platform with many fantastic features. I like how simple it is to use, build and curate. The skills library with 5,000 pieces of content has also been well received, and you can find something for everyone there. The platform caters to every need and has thought of everything.

**What do you dislike about Learn Amp?**

Some of the language/terminologies differ from what you might expect E.g Tasked and assigned. Some times the reporting can be challenging to get your head around as there are many different ways to do everything.

**What problems is Learn Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learn Amp helps our business solve the following problems - 

Inconsistent induction across global offices 
no way to support personal growth for individuals
Version control for training documents
Gaps in compliance learning
No simple way to report on the completion of training

**What do you like best about Learn Amp?**

All of the team at Learnamp are very professional, friendly, supportive and want us to succeed.
Joe started our journey with learnamp and was very accommodating.
Andrew then led our Implementation and did all the right things. He listened, he supported, he challenged and most importantly developed our understanding of the product and how to use it in our business.
A very positive experience overall and I look forward to working closely with the Customer Success team next.

Learnamp is also a fellow B Corp company which is encouraging as the two buisnesses share a similar ethos.

**What do you dislike about Learn Amp?**

Learnamp is a growing business and has lots of new features being rolled  out all the time. The product roadmap helps with progress, what's being released and what to look forward to.

**What problems is Learn Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learnamp provides us with a home for all our learning materials and resources (we didn't have a LMS/LXP).
The platform accepts a range of content formats and provides an intuitive structure for building out content.
We needed flexability but also standardisation for our learning materials - learnamp helps us to achieve this (the content review date feature is also a nice touch).
The platform functionality will also allow us to develop our learning resources as we use the system features and develop our content.
The reporting and metric capabilities are also really helpful for understanding engagement.
The learnamp platform is also big eneough and developing at such a pace that we can comfortably grow into it.

**What do you like best about Learn Amp?**

Learn Amp is a powerful one stop shop platform that supports learning for all our employees. It's functionality opens many doors for us to keep our team enthused and engage with their learning pathways. The content library of over 4000 items is a huge plus because it will cover a huge range of topics and in different formats.

**What do you dislike about Learn Amp?**

The structure of Dashboards, Channels and Learnlists takes a bit of time of getting used to and on some occasions we found that channels would work better as leaernlists and vice versa. We're excited for future partnerships with other learning providers to super charge learnng opportunities.

**What problems is Learn Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At WeGift/Runa we have a new and growing team. Senion mgt and the People team selected Learn amp to help us accelerate and focus our team on exploring opportunities for development and craeting a high performing culture.

Learn Amp is flexible and very easy to navigate and add content into.  We have trained curators across the firm and they can easily learn how to add content.

**What do you dislike about Learn Amp?**

The reporting and analytics could be easier and more flexible.  We have needed to create our own reporting using PowerBI because we can't get what we need easily from the analytics that come out of the box from Learn Amp.

Learn Amp creates a place our people come to learn - it is helpful in onboarding, technical learning and skills related to leadership and equity.

**What do you like best about Learn Amp?**

LearnAmp helped us move from an outdated/old-fashioned way of managing internal training (including how we used to provide our training sessions) and move to the 21st century.

**What do you dislike about Learn Amp?**

There are still some rare occasions when glitches occur in the system (e.g. the most recent one where the user completes all sessions, but the content is still on the 'to-do' list, still appearing as incomplete, but in the employee's profile, it's 'complete 100%'. Having said that - those are very, VERY rare.

**What problems is Learn Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Productivity during onboarding - it used to take a full working day to create all the training records, filter out the required content per role within the existing training matrix that we had, etc. - now all of this is done automatically by the software as soon as our HR platform feeds to LearnAmp that a new joiner is starting. It has saved a working day worth of workload just from the perspective of getting a new joiner, let alone when you think of the time saved looking back and checking if the right versions of documents were signed, chasing signatures for missing ones, or delivering training in person multiple times due to multiple new joiners within the month! The automatic management + recorded sessions are a lifesaver.

**What do you like best about Learn Amp?**

The Learn Amp system is fantastic. It allows for all training to be in one place and engages our staff to complete CPD and log it regularly. It also gives us one place to deliver out all training so that people are getting a consistent and standardised approach. The system itself is really easy to use with everything being within 3 clicks. There is lots of pre-loaded content but it's also really easy to add content relevant to our business. The support we receive from Learn Amp is also fantastic, things rarely go wrong but when there are any issues, the support team are really quick to respond and resolve them.

**What do you dislike about Learn Amp?**

That the reflections are not visible on the CPD records however Learn Amp are working on a solution to this

**What problems is Learn Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us to create a standardised approach to learning and development as well as CPD. We are using the platform to upskill staff but we are also using it for our inductions, mandatory training and all events across the business. It has become a place that all staff can go to enhance their CPD but we have also added our support resources to it so all staff have a place to go for help

**What do you like best about Learn Amp?**

We looked around for quite a while for a platform that would meet our organization's needs, and Learn Amp's broad range of functionality has been precisely what we need to grow our impact. In particular, the tasks and Learnlist features enable us to create custom learning experiences with a much lighter lift than creating bespoke or one-off trainings for each individual on the platform. The customer service has also been superlative. The person who helped us build out the platform was readily available whenever we needed her, and any time we've reached out with questions we've received a helpful and timely response.

**What do you dislike about Learn Amp?**

Some of the qualitative reporting features aren't what we'd like, but the rest of the reports we can run are helpful.

**What problems is Learn Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to provide custom training and support at scale, and using the platform allows us to create a variety of tasks, timelines, and Learnlists to build a bespoke experience for each user without spending all of the time and effort that would be required to develop, implement, and manually manage that process for each user. This allows us to grow our impact exponentially by leveraging our internal capacity and resources more efficiently.

Having implemented and worked with a number of other LMS/LXP platforms in previous roles I can say that hands down Learn Amp has been the easiest implementation I have ever been involved in.

One of the most helpful elements of selecting Learn Amp is how versatile it is. The flexibility in design allows for it to meet the needs of everyone from sales to engineering.

**What do you dislike about Learn Amp?**

We're still somewhat early in our use of Learn Amp, but one of its greatest strengths can sometimes be a weakness. With so many options, it takes some people a little longer to get the hang of getting their content loaded. Easily remedied with some additional training of our team (which we're working on).

**What problems is Learn Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learn Amp is helping us to scale our learning opportunities across our go-to customer organization. We're now able to assign and report on the learning, which in turn helps to better support our learners.

**What do you like best about Learn Amp?**

The simplicity of the system make it easy to use and easy to get great content in fast.   It is also one of the very few systems that really allows us to provide flexibility that supports our corporate structure.

**What do you dislike about Learn Amp?**

There are some look and feel issues I would like to change ie how the bottom menu can appear quite large on some screens making some content difficult to view.

**What problems is Learn Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have some technical issues on our end, where Learn Amp has been incredibly helpful.  We are still rolling out, but we are starting to see consistency across our group when it comes to the availability of content that benefits everyone, and that has made it easy to get new teams on board fast.

**What do you like best about Learn Amp?**

Channels/learn lists/items are easy to set up and navigate, with lots of options and flexibility with in-house and library content. A huge library of content available from many different sources which is updated regularly and further libraries can be bolted on. Simple clean UI. The support team is really helpful and quick to respond to queries or issues.

**What do you dislike about Learn Amp?**

Lacks some basics such as browser detection and SCORM logs/reports, and admin UI is clunky, especially when reviewing new/pending content, lack of search filters/tags is a pain. Unable to edit Learn Amp content (titles, descriptions, header images or learn lists) which makes duplicating the content a necessary workaround. Unable to create or edit permissions for system roles makes it hard for stakeholders to access useful reports. A lot of potential with some small fixes, as all issues have workarounds.

**Recommendations to others considering Learn Amp:**

It's a good system with a lot of great features - as with all LMS's to get the most out of it, use it as intended, which might mean changing some existing processes - as the core system functionality can't be changed, trying to make it do something it's not meant to won't work. If the right groundwork is completed at setup (deciding on channels etc) it'll be a really popular system from launch!

**What problems is Learn Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Larger content library including non-mandatory content we couldn't deliver previously. Curating existing content and placing it in easy-to-access channels has led to increased engagement.

**What do you like best about Learn Amp?**

•	Using Learn Amp, we’ve been able to build out our pilot onboarding programs blending online content with exercises and quizzes – which has seen knowledge retention double, and huge increases in engagement.
•	With Learn Amp, we’re able to pull multi-layered reports about activity instead of having to connect with leaders directly, with a range of filter options that allow us to tweak the report to show the information we need.
•	We love being able to memorialize and scale our custom content so that future new hires can see the information on-demand. This has made knowledge sharing across the business much more efficient, and has allowed us to retain knowledge in the business. Previously, we uploaded our custom content from instructor-led sessions to our intranet and consumption was at an extremely low rate on a monthly basis, whereas now we see consistently high engagement with content.
•	It’s easy to make quick tweaks to the platform, to immediately adapt to user questions or where we’ve identified confusion over a specific topic.
•	End-users describe the platform as fresh and adaptive; with dashboards displaying all the information they need in one place, including their ‘To Do’ list, as well as recommendations and content shares, which entices people to keep coming back into the platform.
•	The Learn Amp platform enables the training to be made meaningful and delivers learning at the point of need. The content as well as exercises and assessments that can be built into bespoke learning pathways make the learning process more memorable and effective – which shifts learning from passive to active.

**What do you dislike about Learn Amp?**

•	We love the reporting functionality that’s available for reporting on essential training and tasks. We’re looking forward to seeing more and more ways to report on the social learning features like the Q&A functionality, so we can report on the peer-to-peer learning that’s happening across the platform.

**What problems is Learn Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

•	We needed a system that was going to be easy to use and a five-star experience for our users.
•	We needed a collaborative tool that decentralized learning throughout the organization to increase social learning. Being able to have a system that could make custom recommendations, reporting and analytics, and a system to help us predict our employee learning needs.
•	We were able to launch a new pilot with our onboarding program, which increased the knowledge retention of participants by 2x while being only a quarter of the length of the program. 
•	We saved 6 hours of time for each employee and made significant cost savings as a result.
•	Speed to expected performance for the sales team reduced.

Learn Amp is still developing as a platform and a company. Some services are still in the development fase, although we can use them as a test version.

Online learning needs to be easy and accessible, especially for a building materials company. Our previous LMS was too complex, both for employees and curators

**What do you like best about Learn Amp?**

Being able to decentralise the control of learning and administration to stores and our network of Training Managers has allowed us to spend more time on adding value to the system and the experience people have with it. This has reduced the number of phone calls and emails and empowered our large support network to solve things for themselves.

The overall administration of the system on a day-to-day basis has greatly improved over the previous system. There are fewer tasks to perform, and the tasks that are left are less complex and more intuitive. Plus, the frequency that we need to complete them has lessened because the system is much more reliable.

The insights the system can offer has allowed store leaders to manage and track data for their own teams, whereas before this had to be centrally managed by the L&D team.

**What do you dislike about Learn Amp?**

We’re currently in the process of finding ways to make reporting more customisable for what we need – this is something we’re working on together with Learn Amp to optimise.

**What problems is Learn Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, employees would have to spend time travelling to/from locations in order to receive training. We can now deliver training consistently to all of our staff across all of our locations with Learn Amp, and employees have access to their training at the time and point of need. This has enabled learning to happen on-the-job, while also making huge time and cost savings for the business. 

Before Learn Amp, training levels were plateauing and in some cases even declining – but now they’re on an upward trajectory. We’ve been able to introduce an incentive system for our in-store employees based on training, which has only been possible since we introduced the Learn Amp platform.
 
We’ve been able to decentralise knowledge management, and drive our culture of learning. We can store and share knowledge across our distributed workforce easily, where previously, valuable knowledge was being lost.

Our ability to react to our environment is greatly improved with Learn Amp. While going through multiple covid-related lockdowns, we've been able to adjust our strategy with events, quickly adding capacity and adding new events for people stuck at home. In addition

- At induction, this was so helpful to my developement as I got into the job quickly.
- I've used systems in the past but nothing that compares to Learn Amp.
- We've started using the platform to manage 121's in October. This wil be really great to ve able to go back and see how I am progressing over time.

The platform uses predictive tools to suggest options to me - I have yet to learn how to keep my search result. I'm sure it's possible, I just don't know how yet.

- This platform is essential for new starters.

- Also, a refresher is always very usefull after a while to keep using best practices.

- Everyone gets the same information, which is important to keep a healthy company's culture when we have offices all around the world.

**What do you like best about Learn Amp?**

It's very easy to use, the team helped to develop some of the system to suit our additional requirements. 

Links very easy to our HR system to keep employee records up to date. 

Being able to log in as any user allows us to help see what employees are seeing to assist with any questions they have. The online service desk for admins allows us to quickly and easily raise any issues.

The project management for implementation used a small team who were always available and very approachable.

At first the lack of CPD functionality but they committed to build this ahead of our launch and all worked as expected so nothing left to dislike.

Use the trial site to look at all of the functionality and fully understand what is possible.

More focused learning rather than just logging in to do mandatory modules. Our previous system provided learning in the same style which meant that employee engagement was quickly lost, this has allowed us to produce these in different styles.

Very easy to roll out quizzes, surveys or learning modules that allow us to vary the delivery.

I gave this to one of my new starters with virtually no background and I came back a few hours later to find them totally engaged with Learn Amp. Goes to show how well it’s been designed that people can just pick it up so fast.
We've also managed to do a lot more training for people on their own, so it required a lot less contact time to onboard new starters

Whenever they don't have a certain feature they seem to catch up and develop the platform quickly so anything we've wanted has been added super quickly

Easy to use and intuitive tool for both employees and admins.  Smooth implementation due to the can-do attitude of the Learn Amp team.  They really listen to your needs and do what they can to accommodate. Their ongoing customer service is superb.

Not much - a major part of why we chose Learn Amp was the way that they worked with us to find workarounds on any issues and when they added your feedback into their roadmap in a way that others say they do, but never actually deliver.  They are on a learning journey too and the collaboration is refreshing.

LearnAmp provides an amazing customer Support experience! As the owner of the system in our company, they provided great support and availability during the first months of implementation, but not only. Also after the system was running smoothly, they always were on top of things. 
I also like and appreciate their openness and flexibility for new features I have asked. 
It felt like we are partners working together (Vs. customer and vendor), and for me- that says it all.

In the beginning, when just started to work together, there were a few requirements we had as for the management reports, some of them required additional development. I can honestly say that today we have great reports, with drill down up to a level of an item, so that each manager can see the current status of his/her team.

We created a great onboarding experience for new hires, having a tailored learning path per role.

This is a professional service during the trial implementation. The associates listen to feedback and respond with immediate feedback. Phone calls are arranged monthly by the Customer Success team to review any issues.  The software is straightforward to grasp and use. This is a real bonus if you have people within your organization from a non-technical background. What took over ten months to implement with another product with my previous company and at a much higher cost, it took less than five weeks to achieve Learnamp, and we have a much better solution.

When we just started working together, there were specific requirements regarding the management reports, some of them required additional development. It took some time, but now I can honestly say the system offers excellent management reports, with an option for a high-level review, but also drill down up to an item level.

We have mostly been using it for our 1-2-1 cycles and have really enjoyed using the system. Performance Management can be quite a lot to manage, especially for everyone to have something easy to refer back to, so from that point of view the system has been terrific
 
We are looking to start using MS Teams in our business which they don't currently have an integration for but I believe is coming in soon. 
 
We enjoy working with the Customer Support Team as they are fast and with good solutions!

I've never used an easier system for adding content, and it's helpful that the learner's experience can be customized based on role. It's great that the system surfaces similar content pieces and recommendations - this helps learners find content they might not have known existed. Our colleagues are impressed with the platform and we are happy we selected Learn Amp.

**What do you like best about Learn Amp?**

A very attractive and intuitive  consumer-grade interface for the hosting and delivery of eLearning content.  Simple to use from both an administrative perspective and a uniquely engaging delivery platform for any learner.

**What do you dislike about Learn Amp?**

One or two issues with the display of SCORM files at the outset but the Learn Amp team fixed this quickly and this is now no longer a problem.

**What problems is Learn Amp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working with client to develop user-centric learning content that motivates and encourages learner engagement.  LearnAmp's ease of use combined with its app-like design means that both organisations and their talent can start benefiting immediately...with little to no training required.
