"An Essential Tool for B2B Prospecting"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

What I appreciate the most is the ability to intercept hot leads when they visit our site, which allows us to contact them at the right time, in anticipation of a future purchase. Moreover, prospects are increasingly unresponsive to traditional outreach methods (phoning and mailing), as they wish to remain free to choose the time that suits them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

What I like less about Leadfeeder is that some identified companies sometimes lack precise details, which can complicate lead qualification. Additionally, the accuracy of the data heavily depends on IP addresses, which can limit the identification of remote working visitors. An improvement in these aspects would make the tool even more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Paul Faure of Leadfeeder

Hi Massimo,

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for highlighting how Leadfeeder supports your B2B prospecting efforts. We're glad to hear that you're able to identify and engage with prospects at the right moment—especially as outreach methods evolve.

Regarding your feedback on remote work identification, you're absolutely right that IP-based tracking can present limitations. However, we want to mention that if remote workers are connected to their company’s VPN, Leadfeeder is often still able to detect and display their company visit information and website behavior. This can help bridge the gap in visibility caused by remote work setups.

We appreciate your input—it’s insights like yours that help us continue improving the platform.

Thank you again for being a valued user!

"Identifies Visiting Companies, but Lacks Contact Detail and Has Risky Billing Practices"
0.5/5
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

Leadfeeder correctly identifies which organizations are hitting our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

Leadfeeder does not provide information other than the companies. With large companies, you have no idea which sect of the company or which decision maker is looking at your page. Additionally, the billing contact and account contact are separate. If the account contact is changed but the billing contact is not, they will still bill you the full amount with no notification or warning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changer for B2B Lead Generation and Website Intelligence"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

Leadfeeder has been an incredibly valuable tool for our sales and marketing team. It gives us visibility into which companies are visiting our website—even when they don’t fill out a form—so we can prioritize high-intent leads and tailor our outreach accordingly.

What I love most is how intuitive the platform is. We use Leadfeeder alongside HubSpot, and the integration works well. It helps us filter leads by location, company size, and behavior on the site (like pages visited or visit frequency), which makes segmentation much easier—even though we’re currently on a manual plan.

The daily lead feed is accurate and actionable. It's especially useful for targeting warm leads and building customized email sequences based on their interests. Even without automation, it fits perfectly into our process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

There are a few limitations in identifying individual users within a company, which is understandable due to privacy restrictions. Also, while the HubSpot integration is helpful, some parts of the process—like tagging and tracking follow-ups—require manual effort unless you're on a higher plan with automation. A little more built-in flexibility in the free/lower tiers would be great for lean teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Nils,

thank you for the review. Glad the simple interface and AI features are easing your workday, and that setup was quick to get going.

On contact enrichment speed, that's fair feedback and we've shared it with the team.

What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

I can see the companies that are clicking on our website. This makes it so much easier as an SDR to know who to contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

It seems it only works with clicks coming from hubspot, in my case. When people are opening a link through LinkedIn it is not showing those companies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good for Supporting Marketing and Sales"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

We initially started using Dealfront because of the Target feature, as access to a global contact database was/is important to us and Dealfront offered that. The program has been quite easy to use, and the various filters are helpful in narrowing down the different types of contact information.

We also started using the Leadfeeder feature a few weeks ago to identify companies visiting one of our websites. This seems very promising, as we are now also able to identify from which marketing channels companies are coming to our website.

We have been pleased with the use of these two features, and I have particularly been pleased about the quick help from Dealfront on how to use the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

I don’t particularly enjoy the credit system limiting the exports of the contacts, it feels like more work to think about how to make the best use of them.

And when filtering the contacts at the start we didn’t realize that the same email might appear multiple times, but fortunately this was resolved with the group contacts turned on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Paul Faure of Leadfeeder

Hi Katja,

Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful feedback — we really appreciate it!

We’re happy to hear that both Target and Leadfeeder are helping you reach your marketing and sales goals, and it's especially great to hear our Team has been there when you needed guidance.

We understand that credit consumption can feel like an extra layer to manage. That’s why your CSM and our Support Team are always here to help clarify things and ensure you're getting the most value from your available credits.

Looking ahead, we’ve got exciting enhancements coming in Q2 that aim to make filtering more intuitive and give you better transparency around credit usage — stay tuned for updates in our upcoming marketing communications!

Thanks again for being part of the Dealfront community 🚀

Warm regards,

Paul

I enjoy the signals that are given by Leadfeeder during active sales proposals. I can see when and where a company is engaging with our website. We also get intent details based off of our events and who has visited and where. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

Nothing to note on downsides, sometimes the data can be a little inaccurate or web addresses mismatch but this is a rare occurrence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient, does what it's supposed to."
4/5
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

I like being able to segment companies by page visited and other filters. Then those become convenient email notifications summarizing the visitors of the week. The customer success team has been very accessible and available to talk to us. We set up the Analytics integration and they helped us implement that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

The Analytics integration needs some work - it messed up some of our data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very nice platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

We recently started out with Dealfront IP-tracking and the Sales Intelligence platform and are very happy about the demo, on-boarding and platform itself. Both Dealfront and Target give our New Business Developers some great tools to effectively do outreach. Our Marketers are still finding their way with the possibilities but are overall very happy with the platform so far.

We use the tools on a daily base and integration is a breeze for everyone that has a Google Tag Manager setup. Although we were skeptical at first, the customer success manager is a real addition to the onboarding and effective use of Dealfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

During the demo you are actively talking to an agent, which of course can be nice and beneficial. I can imagine that this may feel pushy for some people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time to value"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

I value the insights to which companies have visited our website, it’s the first email I look for on a Monday morning to see where we have traction with current and prospective clients. It helps set our contact strategy, for what is working and how we can improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

The mobile experience is sub optimal, however this isn't a major issue, as I'm usually at my laptop on a Monday morning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
