Lead Docket is easy to use, and I can add or change questions as needed. It is also easy to use to integrate with other vendors or other systems that we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They had changed the reporting, and none of the reports I had saved will carry over to the new format. I had to redo them all which was a bit frustrating Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it is to use and to navigate. It is in real-time so messages received are instant. The notification system keeps you on top of your leads. The implementation into our team was seamless with its ease of use and customer support. The integration of leads from LD are quickly moved over to our case management database with ease. I use this website daily and have had no problems with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish I could move the tasks out instead of showing up as "task incomplete". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it is organized and it does keep track of your sign ups and calls. I like that you can text and email from it. It doe not have many issues very often like some software does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LeadDocket isn't exactly tailored to the field of law that our firm practices, but the customization that it allows made it a great tool for our office and automated several tasks that took away time from chasing leads and getting signatures. We were able to make the system almost unrecognizable in that we tailored every customizable aspect to fit our exact needs. We use it all day every day and it has completely replaced our old system. Incoming messages are received by all users, and there is no feature to filter out messages sent to other users, which makes it a lot harder to respond to messages in a timely manner. Adding a feature that can filter notifications only to leads assigned to you, including any messages or tasks, would increase efficiency significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have worked with different Legal management systems and have found ut that LD is the most user friendly I've worked with. Not only that, but it also provides an efficient work experiance. TOtally recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are times that when multiple LD tabs are open, they are not updated real time as when it does if one was working with just the main one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about Lead Docket are the integrations. You can literally begin the conversation with potential lead and continue straight through to signing them as a client. The ease of use and implementation makes it easier to train new employees. Our office uses Lead Docket everyday. Customer Support and training recordings are a great tool as well. It would be good to be able to export the reports to an Excel spreadsheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is helpful. Reports: Keep tabs on every lead and marketing source. There is so much good that Lead Docket brings to the table that it would be too much to type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The downside of Lead Docket is that reporting numbers can vary. I would like it to be a bit more user-friendly and also more accurate because sometimes, depending on the reports, the numbers can vary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
